Have used Eyestructure since the early 1990s when vacationing in La Jolla. Then we moved to San Diego and used them for 12 years for every type of lens purpose (reading, computer, piano, driving) and we still remain loyal customers when living in N. CA. Would never consider another option because of the quality of the glass frames (the most current and stylish) and the quality of the lenses. If you want state-of-art and the most global styles available, go to Eyestructure. If you are a Walmart mentality, stick to Walmart. You do not want to pay for quality. My eyesight is my vocation, my recreation and my driving safety...and I like my glasses to look stylish. Keith is always accommodating via phone to discuss fixing my glasses, updating my glasses or to quickly accommodate a catastrophe that leaves me blind. Being good customers since the early 1990s, we are not going to let distance be an obstacle for quality eye glasses. To sum it up, we work with Keith via phone and we receive perfect quality and service.

A Private User

We bought eye glasses here, went above and beyond to ensure we had the best quality lenses and then even shipped them to us at no cost to where we were vacationing in North Carolina a few weeks later when they were ready. When we noticed there was a minor flaw in the lens, we returned to San Diego, and brought them in for a quick repair no questions or fees. The customer service was 2nd to NONE, and the collection of designer glasses is unprecedented. I had the opportunity to shop for many styles, trying on so many I thought the employee would be frustrated with me, but they were nothing but sweet and accommodating. This is the best place to buy glasses for us, and we live 40 miles from the shop, well worth the drive. Looking to purchase another pair soon. Thank you!

I was pushed into purchase of expensive optical frame and was not explained that all sales are final. Wanted to cancel the purchase of the frame later on (with no lenses ordered and the frame being in the store, not picked up ) and was told that refund is not possible - only store credit. Be aware of unfair consumer practice of this business.

This Boutique has the absolute most gorgeous, luxurious and exclusive eyewear of anyone in San Diego. Im a sunglass and eyeglasses fan and have more than a few pairs of sunglasses and these guys rock with the exclusive designers that they carry like Jaques Marie Mage, Shamballa, Chrome Hearts, Fred, and now Thom Brown.
