I appreciate good customer service and a knowledgeable staff, and thats what you get at Pet Fun! I went in expecting bad service and an employee who was more interested in their next break (like Petsmart), than providing a comprehensive and great understanding of what I was looking for. If I didnt give a rip about the health of my animals, Id shop at PetSmart or Walmart. But I believe in preventative maintenance. Good food in, happy healthy pet in the long run! Less Vet bills!! Jessie was amazing!!

It seems like every store employee was hired solely to protect the merchandise... They follow u physically and with such piercing glares!! Im here to shop not boost!! Not everyone boosts!! They could venture out more n the animal department... Have avian reps give proper care classes once a month... IV got plenty of ideas brewing that could boost sales!!!

Been coming here for 3 years. Amazing customer service, amazing attitudes from employees, very welcoming and open atmosphere. Its not a PetSmart or a PetCo, which can be good or bad depending on the person, but I definitely see it as a more 1-to-1 experience when shopping for my dog. Overall great place!

This place has to be the cleanest and well stocked pet store Ive ever been in!!! Bought saltwater fish there and Josh and staff were so helpful, thanks Josh for all your help, must go to if needing supplies for all and any pets!!!!
