Love this place. Great family environment, the animals seem healthy and the prices are resinoable. The only thing I dont like is that half of their reptiles are Not for sale. NFS. Also the little blonde headed girl that takes care of the rabbits and guinea pigs, has a very rude attitude. I have a male and female Bunnys that I do not want them to mate due to them being siblings. I asked the girl if I can bring mine in and buy another female. She Imiditly said no! I dont trade. Then I proceeded to explain that I just to bring him in so I know he will be in good hands and then I will buy another bunny. Half way through me explanation she cuts me off and says, I dont take in trades. This whole time giving me this (you dumb) look. The older guy that handles the reptiles (Richard) he can be a little rude, doesnt want to sell most of his reptiles ans he doesnt like people handling them. But for the most park hes an okay guy. A little weird at times.

I went in today looking to get a couple pet rats and all the rats were crammed into little CARRY OUT boxes to live in. Their boxes were terribly uncleaned and they were itching nonstop. I wanted to buy and save them all. Poor things. There was a large reptile (not sure the name) roaming around and its leg looked broken (it was definitely hurt). Probably hit by a cart. It looked scared and in pain. Poor cats and dogs were crammed into cages. Some in tiny carriers. I was looking at their rat food and there was only one bag and it looked like it had been sitting there for years. The pellets in it looked rotten. I ended up going to Petsmart for rat cages and the stuff I needed. Im going to purchase a couple of their rats so I can at least save 2 :( I hope they are healthy.. I never write reviews on anything but this place was bad and I hope a change will be made for all those poor babies :(

Every time I go into this pet store Im reminded of everything that is wrong with pet stores. The fish are in atrocious condition, the cats rabbits and reptiles are kept in the smallest and most under maintained cages Ive ever seen, and the prices are EXORBITANT! Some items I have found inline for less than a third the price even after paying shipping costs! Today they had a dead 20" catfish in the big wall tank and not once have I gone in here and found the tanks without dead fish in them. Even low cleaning standards would have staff removing dead ones every couple of hours or at least when they first saw them. Staff keep walking "yeah you always have some die" well dont leave the bodies in there to promote the growth of harmful bacs! Owners and operators alike should be ashamed. Im no PETA guy, but even I think a 10lb iguana deserves a cage more than 10gallons....

I love this pet store. Friendly staff and knowledgeable about products and pets and the fish they sell. Very high quality dog food you cant find any other local place such as Origen, which literally saved my dogs life. You can tell the staff takes pride in their store. John, the owner is a great man who offers free bibles to those who want them and always takes time to talk to you. I know also that the store has donated supplies to organizations and people who need them in times of a disaster. Small independent store and if you dont see what you want or need, the store manager, Geoff will order it for you. Prices are great and some are the same and/or even lower than the big corporate stores like Pet Smart.

the mngr Jeff is a great "one man band" know-ledge-able friendly the blonde lady in the back is knowledgable as well... the selection is great perhaps to big for the small store animal selection I give an 11 out of 10 care id say strong 8 which i consider high for a pet store. Birds looked healthy. Reptiles Im not sure believe belong in home care some very rare species. Feeders both rodent fish/inverts insects strong selection and well kept clean and healthy which is the most important sign of quality in a pet store since all pets have to eat and deserve quality what goes in your pet is what determines its health..simple

This shop cares very much about every person walking through the door. I have never met an entire staff that was so welcoming and helpful. Not only do they work this shop, they live for their own pets. Experts to say the least. Geoff is DEFINITELY your fish guy. I struggle to stump him with any question. He can find any solution and wants you to have success. Andrew is good too. Everyone is profesional in there and the owner is a stand up guy too. I cant say enough about the shop. They are super valuable to this town and are now great reliable friends. PS: If they dont have the best price, theyll change it.

My son and I had such a good time visiting Gaiser Pets! It is an experience...not just a trip to the store. There are free-roaming turtles (inside and outside of the store!), lots of kitties, fish to feed, and pretty brids. The staff were all very friendly, and the animals all seemed very well cared for. If you are in the area and looking for a place to spend some time or want to know youll received good customer service when adding a four-legged, finned, or feathered friend to your family...I highly recommend checking this place out!

I love everything about Gaiser Pets. The staff there is friendly, helpful, and always eager to answer any questions about their animals. I just went there yesterday, July 19th, and adopted a kitten from them. His name was originally Buck, but I changed it to Bucky and he is the most loving, most spoiled, most amazing little kitten Ive ever had. Im so happy I decided to stop by when I did.

This place is absolutely discusting and needs to be shut down. All of their animals looks sick as they sit in their own pee and poop. They have dogs and cats for sale that are most likely from a puppy mill, and they all look miserable and sick. Their reptiles are kept in mediocre and small containers. Do not put your money into this nasty establishment. Go to a shelter and adopt.

The workers are kind and very knowledgeable about the animals. There have a wide variety of animals including hamsters, rabbits, birds, fish, dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and more. The animals often come from local or professional breeders unlike Petco or Petsmart. The animals are well taken care of. Overall, Gaiser Pets is a memorable place for young children.

I love this pet store! There is a nice variety of pet supplies and I like how most of the animals come from shelters. Another thing I enjoy about this pet store is they let bigger lizards walk around the store. A few years ago I remember them having a tortoise with a balloon tied to it. Everyone who works there seems friendly and helpful.

I love the store but the lady that takes care of the cats and dogs is a to much. She says she loves all the animals I just got a kitten for 100$. She treated me as if I was dumb to cats and dogs. Funny thing is took the Kitty home and found him littered with fleas. For 100$ the animal should be healthy.
