Worst Sephora Ive ever been to in my life, and Ive been to a lot of Sephoras. I tried returning a palette that I had literally bought maybe an hour ago at a different location closer to my work (quick change of judgement, should I have really spent $45 on a glitter palette that probably wont be as pigmented as they say? Probably not) as I proceeded to return it the sales girl that was taking the return asks me a million questions and begins to question the authenticity of the palette. I explain to her that I literally just bought it at another location and that she can call and verify and she tries to stall me and acts super shady. Brings over her manager who again compares it to the tester model and tells me that I have to drive back to where I bought it and return it there because they could not accept it. I left furious called the store where I bought it and thankfully the manager there was super nice and said she remembered me. She then told me to go back and tell them if they had issues that they could call the beauty manager where I bought the item. By the time I got back the the Arden Jc penny location there were already 4 ladies talking amongst themselves. I went up to them and they later proceeded to tell me they were dealing with another customer and rudely walked away. Turns out the beauty manager from the original location had called them and questioned why they couldnt return the palette. I waited there until a 5th jcpenny associate asked for the palette and the original receipt. She compared it to the tester model and begins to explain to them that of course its going to look different because its faded and worn out and that the fonts on the palette are exactly the same and they should have accepted my return and even then the other manager who declined the return is still looking it at questioning her. Never did I once get an apology from any associate, all I received were rude looks. I work in customer service and trust me thats the worst customer service Ive ever received. If I were you I would avoid this place all together!!!!!

The blonde that works here acts like she is helpful, I showed her my jc penny card, never showed anyone before or even used it, and what do u know that night "someone" used my card 3 different times and charged a couple hundred each time. Luckily there is a investigation that is happening! So for that reason Im giving 1 star

I love going to this Sephora in particular. The ladies there ask my name and REMEMBER. Everytime I go in they ask how Ive been and how I like the products I bought last! Theyre friendly and helpful. When I first went in there I didnt know anything about make-up and they tought me there own personal trick & tips! A+!!!
