Every one during my entire moving process was extremely helpful!! Usually when you call any store about their online sales, theyll more than likely direct you to call their national customer service, but not here. I have to say I called at least 3 times (I kept thinking of more questions) and whoever answered the phone had no problem entertaining all of my crazy questions. I went straight to furniture USA after work and I can honestly say that everyone greeted me. They were pretty busy, but I did not have to wait long at all. Ive had some pretty bad experiences with sales (car and furniture alike) so I made sure I had my ducks in a row, I even practiced my walk-out speech. But Daniel and Victoria did not try to talk me out of my purchase or convince me to buy anything over an amount I wasnt going to be comfortable paying. I hope you guys know how much of a gem Victoria is!!! I was so happy with how nice and informative she was, and how she understands my love of things *pillows, throws, and little gadgets*. She introduced me to this beautiful app that gives me access to all of those little trinkets I love at great prices. I am so in love with her! Getting my order finished and setting up delivery was a breeze. Now on to my delivery. I had a somewhat tight schedule because I would be moving in as soon as I got my keys, but my small window of time wasnt any hassle for them. I am a firm believer in under promise/ over deliver. Mohammed called me early on to let me know my timeframe and to verify that would work with my schedule. He also called to give me a direct time and when they arrived, I appreciated being kept in the loop. Tom and Mohammed were on time and man, were they fast! But still found time to be so friendly. It was raining today and my entryway remained clean and Tom and Mohammed were very professional. I really want you to understand how appreciative I am to have had such a stress free experience. You have great staff. When Im ready to buy and furnish my house, you will be the first I call. Thank you so much. UPDATE 5.28.17 Im still pleased with my initial experience with Furniture USA but Im not understanding where the customer service went? The couch I purchased broke a few months after owning it. I called the store in the beginning of this year asking who I should contact and I was given the number to Ashley Furniture Corparate. After speaking with corporate, they asked for a purchase date. I called Furniture USA and asked them for my purchase info. When I got back into contact with Ashley, I was informed about the 1 year manufacturers warranty. This was mid-April, I purchased my couch April of last year, NO ONE MENTIONED THAT WARRANTY!!!!! My couch had a structural defect and I could have had my couch replaced but now I have to purchase a new one??!! And on top of that.. knowing that Ive been in contact with the store for the last few months and me being a month over the anniversary, no one can help me??!! HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE?! I really have to rethink my future furniture purchases.

I JUST LOVE FURNITURE USA AND I AM NEVER EVER GOING ANYWHERE ELSE. I PICKED OUT MY FIREPLACE WITH SPEAKERS BUILT IN IT FIRST AND THEN I COULD NOT FOR THE LIFE OF ME FIND A RIGHT MATTRESS FOR MYSELF AND I HAD ALFONSO HELPING ME AND I FEEL ASLEEP ON THE SAME MATTRESS THAT I DID FINALLY PURCHASE, I ALSO PURCHASED TWO OF THE MOST COMFORTABLE PILLOWS THAT I HAVE EVER HAD. I JUST KNOW THAT I DROVE EVERYONE AT FURNITURE USA CRAZY. YOU SEE I ARRIVED AT FURNITURE USA IN THE AFTERNOON AND YES I WAS THE VERY LAST ONE TO LEAVE, BUT EVERYONE WAS SO SO VERY KIND, CARING, PATIENT SO SO VERY HAPPY. I AM SO SO VERY HAPPY AND BLESSED THAT I WENT TO FURNITURE USA. My husband and I went to just look. This was the very first time that we had been here. And WOW they left a great impression and absolutely the best customer service ever received. As soon as we were greeted Robert walked up to us and asked us if there was something in particular we were looking for. We, at the time, were looking for a couch. What I LOVED is that he didnt follow us.lol I personally didnt want to feel any pressure. He pointed us in the direction of what we were looking for then said he would check on us every 10 minutes, encouraged us to take pictures, and look calmly. He check on us as he said he would. We then headed to the mattresses. He guided us to a mattress that we were looking for and recommended us one that helped with our backs. Right after we decided on the mattress. We talked about our kids which gave it a more personal effect. My son was so excited about the best he wanted to lay on all of them. He told us about the warranty, the delivery, and everything. He was up front and honest about all the pricing. When we paid Robert was there and Tien did excellent as well. She offered us some water while she got all our paperwork done and to expect out mattress on Tuesday. On Tuesday Mohammad called an let me know approximately when he would arrive. Both Mohammed and Roberto were pleasant to be around. They were very professional and courteous. Our old mattress was taken away and the new one was put up very quick. From the moment we walked in to the store and was greeted by Robert to the moment Mohammad and Roberto delivered the mattress. Our experience was great. I would highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed. We will be going back to get our couches soon! Thank you again to Robert, Tien, Mohammad and Roberto!
