I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A -5 STAR RATING IF IT WAS POSSIBLE. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH NEGATIVE WORDS TO DESCRIBE THIS SO CALLED "BUSINESS"!!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE. YOU ARE BETTER OFF BUYING BETTER QUALITY FURNITURE FROM THE FLEA MARKET THAN THIS PLACE. WHEN THEY FIRST DELIVERED MY FURNITURE IT WAS DAMAGED, I HAD TO RETURN ANOTHER TIME (I HAD TO TAKE TO IT TO THEM BECAUSE OTHERWISE THEY WOULD HAVE CHARGED $100 TO PICK UP AND $100 TO DELIVER BACK). IT WAS FIXED FOR A MONTH OR SO AND THEN BROKE AGAIN. THEY SAID NOW IT IS OUT OF THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY AND THEY WILL NOT COVER AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THEY ARE WILLING TO DO ABOUT IT. THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME THE OWNERS NAME OR THEIR LAST NAME TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST. THEY HAVE PUT ME OFF FOR OVER TWO MONTHS TO TELL ME THAT THEY ARE WAITING ON THE MANUFACTURERS ANSWER. AS SOON AS I CALLED THE MANUFACTURER MYSELF THEY ANSWERED RIGHT AWAY AND WAS WILLING TO HELP ME FILE A COMPLAINT. I WILL BE WRITING A NEGATIVE REVIEW ON EVERY SITE THEY ARE LISTED TO HOPEFULLY PREVENT OTHER HARDWORKING PEOPLE FROM BEING SWINDLED BY THEM. I WILL ALSO BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE CITY OF STOCKTON AND THE BBB (BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU) WHICH THEY ARE NOT A PART OF, I WONDER WHY?? IF YOU DO YOUR RESEARCH YOU WILL FIND THAT THIS BUSINESS HAS SEVERAL UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS AND POOR REVIEWS. THEY ARE DEFINETELY NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM OR DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN AND I HOPE THAT IF ENOUGH PEOPLE THAT WERE RIPPED OFF BY THEM WILL FILE COMPLAINTS AND GET THIS COMPANY SHUT DOWN. I WILL ALSO BE CONTACTING THE LOCAL NEWSPAPER AND NEWS STATIONS TO DO A STORY ON THEM. ONCE AGAIN DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. EVEN IF THEY WERE HAVING A SALE AND EVERYTHING WAS 75% OFF I WOULD NOT SPEND ONE SINGLE PENNY OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY THAT OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THEIR REPUTATION. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST!! THEY DO NOT WANT OR DESERVE ANYONES BUSINESS. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT. I AM AN OFFICE MANAGER MYSELF AND I CANT COMPREHEND HOW YOU CAN TREAT CUSTOMERS SO POORLY AND BE SO DISRESPECTFUL TO THEM. I AM SHOCKED THAT THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS THIS LONG.

Buyer beware outrageous prices check prices compare with local furniture stores and online. I would not recommend. They delivered damaged Furniture multiple times. They have destroyed furniture delivering it.They do ghetto repairs on site. Entertainment center arrived damaged they sent out a repairman with a hair dryer and lacquer, Repair kit was in a milk crate a day late. They deliver the dresser and break off three of the legs then he goes to the truck get longer screws and tell me it wasnt broken. They dont believe in using a dolly they like to roll things up stairs. I had even got a couch two different colors. Table with nicks and scratches. Plan all day to wait for the delivery had a scheduled delivery for 11 to 3 did not show up until around 7:30 to 8 pluse they did not leave until 10:30 to 11pm. They didnt put all the furniture together properly. The customer service is very awful the employees blame it on management and management blames it on the employees they talk to customers very disrespectfully once they have your money. Once you have a problem with them open up a dispute with your credit card company dont try and deal with them. They do not give refunds I have been dealing with this since September 2016. 209Furniture Store is awesome great prices great customer service.

Went in to buy a coffee table, they have a great selection. I found just the right one, took a picture with my phone of the sign to take to the cashier, to order the table, out of no where The Store manager this huge man starts yelling in my face, about taking a picture. I explained I just took a photo of the code so I could go to the front and order a table, he stomped away came back shoving a plastic sign at me that says no photos. I apologized and explained again, and he said "I am the Manager and what I say goes, I started walking way, and he starts yelling for me to leave the store" I went to the front to get help from another associate, they were all scared of him, He is obviously a passive aggressive who abuses his employees and his EX customers. I will not be back. Over the years having built subdivisions, I have purchased allot of full rooms from them, but if this guy is their manager he cant even have decent manners, this place is going down hill. A real shame I love supporting the local guys. Bai family, sorry but your Manager needs replacement.

This place is horrible. The first time I went in, I didnt have a problem, the second time is when i had the issue. Sarah helped us and was pushing us to fill out an application to see what we could get qualified for, so I ask, is this hard or soft inquiry.. she says soft, it will NOT affect your credit...so in trusting her, I fill the app out.. About a week later, I get a credit card in the mail.. # 1 she lied.. that was a hard inquiry.. # 2 she lied.. she said we were approved at one amount, the credit card was much less.. when I called to complain Lisa, the office assistant said..there is nothing we can do.. wow! great costumer service, not an apology, not a "this is what I can do", not a nothing. If I did ever spend my money there, it would be to put the store through a REAL customer service training program! **get it together guys**

Bunch of crooks. I bought a living room and bedroom set from them. *After paying* I was told that it will be delivered within two weeks. I said okay its holiday season they must be busy. After 6 days I got a call from them saying that manufacturer doesnt make that model anymore and I can have the floor model for he same price (are they serious?). I cancelled the first order which was for the living room set and told them to deliver the bedroom set. It was delivered the next day but to my surprise they only one night-stand was delivered I clearly remember the salesman saying that it comes exactly as it was setup on the floor; except the chest which I didnt want. Now, they want $300 to give me the 2nd night stand. Yes it is exactly how it sounds. I wish I had checked the reviews on yelp before going there.

Customer Service was the worst there, The want to be CUSTOMER SERVICE behind the desk no matter what question you ask they dance around the question. My Husband and I got a Table and 6 chairs took 3weeks to deliv once arrive on Sunday on Wednesday one of the legs on the chair broke off, yes within 3days we are a chair down, called & called, giving me the run around ask for a Mgr, they always say the same thing he is out not here, tell me to call back in a hour call back he still to lunch.. I have to just say this NEVER NEVER will we buy anything else from them STAY AWAY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY WITH THEM!!!!
