I felt pressured and hawked by our sales person. We decided on a chair it was delivered on time. After a few weeks of trying to make the chair work we decided that it was too uncomforable but still wanted a Lazy Boy. Turns out you have only 3 DAYS to decide if you like it. Thats horrible. No customer satisfaction no returns. I will never buy another Lazy Boy, things have to tried out and sometimes need to be returned. Disappointing in this American company.
