Ive been shopping at D and l furniture off Florin rd for 5 years-and never had a problem. Until I bought a couch for about $2600 2 years ago in the cushions are sagging down the back of the couch and zippers are popping on the seated portion of the couch I also bought a manufacturers warranty. I called the warranty through guarantee that they sold me for $180 was told that it was not covered. I then called back-to D and L and brought the cushion down as they suggest. it for them to tell me its nothing tbey can do and the manufactor that they bought it from its out of business. All I wanna do is purchase or replace the cushions and all they can suggest to me is to buy a new couch not gonna happen. The crazy part about it is when I walked in I saw the sales person ken which I noticed him right away because I only go to him. when I go there. He insisted that he never help me it was a guy named Jimmy really .

I felt like years ago, they use to have recent trends and styles of furniture. We have purchased furniture from this store in 2015. On my recent trip, none of the style stood out to me. Anyways, its a great place to get your household furniture and the deals are great here.
