This place is out of control, I go in to pay my bill and the lady says " I can save you money" now Im already a little Leary so I tell her no, Im ok with what I have. She goes on to say how they have a promotion and she promised me nothing will change but the amount of money per month. I was currently on 80 unlimited with 8 gb hotspot for both lines. So college starts and my girlfriend used her hotspot for homework. Well the lady took the hotspot off our accounts which made the bill 75.00 bucks. So fast forward to today, Im on the phone with metro and they tell me theyve never had 2 lines unlimited with 8gb of hotspot for 80. They said they have it for 85. I really cant believe metro or this crappy metro representative. Do not go here, this place is garbage. Bad customer service
