Looking for help from Verizon for a Blackberry that failed 4 times over a two year period. Their solution was a new Blackberry for $300. Have been with Verizon (and previous company) since 1991 and asked for a little "good will" to help off-set the $300 out of pocket cost for an obviously defective phone. The assistance manager, Yoloanda Lopez, couldnt have cared less how long I had been a customer. She had the leadership qualities of a sick ameoba. I had to make an external complaint through BBB to get some resolution. I would recommend taking this route because it can be done on-line and the person(s) at Verizon are motivated to settle these claims. Sounds like Ms. Lopez is not doing well in Verizons management training program, so dont take her negative attitude.

Bought new phone to replace lost one along with accessories such as screen protection. Later found I Didnt like anti-glare so removed and discarded. Took back when I was in the area but was past 14 days (17 days) and didnt have the discarded piece. Even manager said they couldnt credit or replace. Typically good service but was surprised in this case.

Called at 120pm and stated my phones were not charging and needed tech service. Male hung up on me. Not accidental. Went into store. I was told a phone I bought on 3/28/17 was going to cost me $300 to fix and I have insurance, warranty, and its practically new!!!!!? Really Verizion. Call 611 if you want real customer service.

Poor service-- representative not helpful in simply -- asking to replace my battery in a cellphone which I purchased in a Verizon store. Representative seem to be only interested in big ticket sales transactions; not small item purchase.
