The only thing worse than the customer service is the rude manager. Also the company policies of metro pcs is atrocious. I had my phone update, then it stopped working. So I took it in and they told me I would have to pay $15 and wait 5-7 days or I could pay $35 and get it same day. I have been going through a rough patch so I opted to wait and pay the cheaper price. So when the day arrived I called them up and was told that the phone wasnt there yet. So instead of going by there after work I went home only to find out that they called my house 20 minutes before I called them originally to tell me my phone was ready. I needless to say wasnt a happy camper. I went to the store, and when I asked the manager about the discrepancy, he just blew it off. So then he grabs the phone, puts the old battery in the new phone, and its not charging or turning on. I told him it was fine as of when I brought it in last. He refused to listen or to test it any other way, insisted that my battery was dead and I needed to charge it over night and if that didnt work to buy new battery. I knew he was blowing me off but I did what he said to do and it didnt charge. So I took it to batteries+ and they tested it for me and it was good. Surprise surprise, so I call the store and talk to the manager again and he just said that they could order another phone and wait another week or pay $35 and all I am thinking is WTF over! So I couldnt wait another week I was losing money every day that phone wasnt on. I had to break down and just get another phone same day which left me broke for the rest of the week due to the lack of income because my phone was out. I dont recommend that anyone deals with this store. They are truly garbage.

EMPLOYEES DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING.The girls at the front counter HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE of phones and software whatsoever. When I purchased a new phone for $400, I was told it comes with $100 rebate that Ill receive in about a month after filling out the rebate form. I did everything and sent it in but apparently the $100 promotion wasnt effective yet. I got the phone a week to early. Never got the rebate. But thats not all. My phone needed an update so I took it to them and they told me to sync all my pictures and music to my computer since the update restores the phone. "We will save your contacts for you though," they said... The lady that completed the update NEVER saved my contacts like she said she would and on top of that, made it sound like it was my fault the 200+ contacts were lost. Umm hello??! Every carrier Ive been with and heard of saves your contacts before doing anything to the phone! I left metro just because of the constant horrible experiences with the unknowledgeable workers who completely dont know what theyre doing. In addition, after leaving to a different carrier, they wouldnt want to return the money that I payed for my old phone bill. I used it for only a week but since it hardly worked, I stopped the service. Came in to the store for a refund but of course, all I heard was excuses like "oh we dont do refunds." Worst experience ever; I cant believe I put up with their awful customer service for 2 years. Definitely dont recommend this store nor the carrier.

Employees lie by omission. The free phone for everyone promotion doesnt apply to T-Mobile customers, something they wont bring up unless you specifically ask about it. So you could go through the process of having you number changed and you lost your original account before you find out, No phone for you! Despite Metro PCS being a partner of T-Mobile, the employees of this Metro PCS store does not know how T-Mobile uses accounts number works. Despite contacting T-Mobile twice, the employees didnt understand that the 10 digit account number is your phone number. Apparently counting to 10 is out of their wheelhouse, because when you explain that a phone number is 10 digits they say "Not always"

This company is absolute garbage. They promote no surprise fees or bills. But they do in fact go up, and there is no one to contact to correct or get info on this. Opted to "open a new account", and suddenly was connected. When I explained the issue, I was hung up on. There are a dozen other cheap pay as you go phones. Chose one of them. Crooks. Also, if you stop paying your bill to shut the phone off, they will disconnect your service as soon as your late, but your bill will continue to snowball.

Wish I could remember the young ladys name, but she was very patient and courteous. Probably not an easy job because of those of us that walk in without knowing our passwords to assist in resetting our phones. She was sitting in the middle seat of the service desk, and was awesome. My phone reset took care of the problem, and as I was leaving, she was still being polite and offering advice on resetting my gmail password from home, and that she would annotate my account with the visit. Thanks!

The general manager is very nice at this location. I walked in & was waiting to be helped & he walked right up to me with a smile on his face ready to help me. I came in for a new phone & I was in & out within 30 minutes. Everyone at this store is super nice & are willing to answer any of your questions that you have.

If looked very busy the day i walked in and a young woman asked if she could help me right away. Wished i could remember her name because she was great. Got me a new phone under Warrentee which solved my problem. End of story.
