I dont know why I ever go back to this store after so many bad experiences. It isnt that the staff arent helpful, they are. They are all sweet girls and very helpful. But their policies are not clear. I went about a month ago after returning my daughters i-phone charger three times because each new one I got stopped working after a couple days. So this last time I got the charger that is more similar to the real i-phone charger. It was more expensive than the previous ones. But I asked the clerk, and confirmed twice that I could return it and get my money back. My friend was with me and also remembers that she said I could return it for my money back. I was really careful to ask this because I had been back 4 times. So when it stopped working, I finally just went and got the real i-phone charger and then went back to return the one I got from the Pink Spot. They refused to give me my money back. The clerk called the owner on the phone and talked to him for a good 10 minutes and he kept saying no. So instead of giving me my $27 dollars back, they gave me a store credit. After having to return so many faulty chargers, why would I still want to go back there to use the store credit? I think it is really bad business. He should make the customers happy and it was the right thing to do. For that reason, I would say be very careful about what you buy there. Maybe phone cases and accessories are fine but any of the chargers, cords, etc....I would stear clear from. I have also had bad customer service experiences there in the past...Just be very clear and get it in writing.

The quality of customer service I have personally received here has never let me down, the ladies here are always helpful. I will be honest and admit there have been a few items that I have purchased and after a short time either stop working or broken (phone cases). However it is fair to say that one way or another it is expected, after all you are not buying name brand items like actual iphone chargers or samsung fast chargers. The prices are a bit up there on some items considering that you can get the same ones off Amazon/ebay with now a shorter and faster delivery date for around $5. I would suggest to the owner to add deals here and there and be a bit more lenient on the return policy, I get the business side of it I really do but I also look at it this way, word of mouth is by far the best free advertising there is, the more happy and positive reviews you get, the more you are recomended and then the more business you get.

I honestly love the Pink Spot it gives me joy and happiness thats how my life of an girly girl started out as. I would go there almost everyday spending money afterschool with my best friend and her family also with my other best friend he doesnt like to be girly or nothing, but he loves thee phone cases, but on the other hand my bestie he is gay and he just loves being colorful

Great customer service BUT I spent over 160 to protect my three phones (ZTE zmax pros) and ALL the screen protectors have come off and wont stick back on. The screen protectors didnt even fit correctly. Very disappointing. $60 wasted.
