This is a Sprint booth in the Stoneridge Mall. I believe they do all the services that a regular store has. Been there twice. Usually staffed by 2 employees which really isnt enough since there is always a long line there with 30 to 40 min wait at minimum. Compare to other phone service companies in the same mall staffed with 5+ people. The thing that really ticked me off is when I was waiting in line, this Sprint representative just started talking on his phone about his own PERSONAL business during work hours! The guy was even cussing on his phone while I was waiting in line for 30+ minutes with no one in line in front of me. Needless to say, I left the booth. It was a complete waste of time. This happened on December 10, 2014 at around 5:30pm. There was a male and a female representative and it was the male that is bad. The female was busy assisting other customers and just kind of ignored my situation and gave the other guy a "what are you doing" look. If management is reading this, get rid of that guy. Overall Ive had a TERRIBLE experience on that day and just TERRIBLE experience with Sprint in general. I went to 3 different stores to switch from my previous service to Sprint to become a new customer but all 3 stores couldnt get it done. I called in a few times myself and got transferred everytime multiple of times. Got tired of the whole thing and just decided to not go with Sprint any more. Wasted 3 days of my time.

Very rude, and unpleasant people. They try to sell you their lie. While you reallize all they said is lie in your first bill and you need to pay twice of what you have been told, then they dont help you at all. Instead they try to make you suffer a lot by taking you back and forth everyday... if your time and money is valuable dont even stop a second at this store.

These guys are dangerous they can rip you off your money . No wonder they have a store with all the money they made stealing people. Horrible service . They got me into this deal where they did not tell me I needed to turn in my old phone and I am being charged for it on my bill. To fix the situation I have to run between the store and customer care.

i want them to burn in hell. The customer representatives are the worst in whole america. They charged me 500$ and never returned them and charged me 300 $ more. Useless. HATE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT EVER USE THEM

Just want you to sign the contract so they make up story to their customers and lie on the plan and insurance. When you found out that you got fooled, its too late cuz you already got stucked in the two year contract...

Completely incompetent. This is not a Sprint store. They sell phones here. They cant answer the simplest questions. They refer you to the elusive corporate store.

Great costumer service especially the assistant manager Sam, she really helped my family and I, she answered all our questions with a great personality.
