I was having problems with the settings on my new cell phone. Id spoken with countless others seeking help to no avail. Thank goodness that I found Luis. He was working that day, and he was determined to find the solution. After spending about 30 minutes he found and fix the problem !!!! Hurray!!!. I highly recommend seeing Luis. Hes a Godsend.

We went to different AT&T branches and talked to different AT&T employees and did a lot of troubleshooting(we were even advised by other branches to have a system reset for $200!) but the problem was not solved until we went to this branch. THIS IS THE ONLY BRANCH THAT WAS ABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. GOOD JOB! Please keep up the good work!

My father (82yrs. Old) went in to upgrade his Internet service. The monthly service @$111.29, $174.60 for install. Outrageous, I called AT&T and got the same service at $50 per month and install fee waved. Ripping off helpless elderly people... really classy!!!

I went to the store with my bill issue as I try calling customer service and then went to brentwood location but did not get any help. Store manager Romi was very helpfull He called them and got me credit and also fix my Uverse bill . Thanks Mr Romi

I lied this at&t is no good at all! They dont do there job they only judge how you live. Watch out of this place!
