Keep trying to give Lucky a shot, but they basically only reinforce why I usually drive further to shop at Safeway. Comparable products, but unbelievably obnoxious staff with no understanding of customer service. This particular store is the worst. Slow. Rude. Unhelpful. Sullen upon being asked simple questions. Are you literally this unclear about your job? Only store where Ive now asked for a manager twice... but they have no interest in improving it. So, I guess thats the last time. Shame, because its closer. But when someone is willing to drive further to avoid terrible people and a clear hostile work environment, that speaks volumes.

Always shop here, friendly people that go the extra mile, and with a smile on their face! I love their 5 for 5 in the meat department, its the perfect amount for my husband and I. So many people shop a Safeway and they are so busy I just hate even going in the parking lot, lucky can get busy as well, but with the "Threes a crowd" even if they are busy they open up another line tell there all open if more then 3 people are in line, now thats nice! So I guess its lucky me.

The customer service here was amazing. I asked for help three times and no one acted as if I bothered them. The produce guy somleer found me the last ripe avocados and made sure I knew the sale price. The assistant manager Sean helped me on the aile and was friendly the cashier carmel was super helpful too! I only wrote this because I used to work grocery and I know how trying it can be. People dont always get the thanks they deserve so kudos to this team.

Good grocery store, usually good prices and a very good selection, mostly better than Wal-Mart or Target. Better quality than some of the other nearby groceries. Generally really friendly employees. There are a few odd items like pine nuts that are sold for twice as much as other nearby places.

If love for them to refurbish this store. Its centrally located within arms reach of other stores like Target but its super dated. The do have two Redbox kiosks located inside and they close at midnight. Good place for some quick groceries. FYI they dont have any asiago cheese. :)

This place is barely better than the Safeway across the freeway. They really screwed it up with the recent store reset. The flow is all crap, and cannot find anything.

Eehhhhh!... Theres never anyone around when I cant find something. The produce guy had to ask someone he was clearly off the clock for help. Raleys has me spoiled!

Friendly cashiers. Kinda hard to get around since the layout change, stuff not grouped where you logically think. Takes longer to shop than before.

I like this Lucky a lot. Its usually very clean & the staff are usually very helpful. I shop here a lot. WAY better than Pinole Safeway.

Surprisingly big and spacious. Has a nice selection of organic produce and meats. Very clean....unlike the appalling Safeway in the area.
