I bought two bikes here over the years because these guys stand by their products. Ive brought my bikes in for various things (mostly tune-up items) and theyve always given me fantastic service by really personable and knowledgeable staff. I dont even ask for an estimate anymore, I just say "do your thing", and they are always very fairly priced and only do the work that is required. Cant say enough good things about this shop.

A Private User

We went in for a set of bikes (mom, dad, and 4 year old) and that is exactly what we left with (plus a Thule bike rack and a Burley bike trailer... oh and a childs helmet and bike bell). The service was impeccable. We are so thrilled with our bikes that were recommended with great detail. You can tell that the staff is passionate about bikes and are dedicated to getting you on the perfect one. Thanks a lot Chris!

Bought my street bike here 4 years ago. Came with an annual free service tune up. Have had it there for repairs twice (tire and gear tuning). Service is friendly and attentive. Turnaround is quick and work is done professionally and thoroughly. Great place for bike purchases and all around service. Good accessories too!

If you want to be treated poorly or looked down upon by a tattooed hipster, go to Palm Springs Cyclery. Full of attitude. They did repairs I did not authorize and charged me $65 to fix a tire flat.
