I didnt like my experience, because I told them i was just hit by a truck and needed my bike fixed, they didnt have what I needed for my bike and they told me to keep walking in 110° weather to a different shop with out calling that other shop to see if it was even worth the 2 mile walk pushing my bike with a flat tire after being stuck by a truck earlier that day. since this post Ive been threatened by youre employees over facebook

Jason was very helpful. Gave excellent advice, didnt try to fool me with unnecessary repairs, was very knowledgeable. I dont have much experience with these bikes and he took the time to explain things to me. Made me feel comfortable about coming back to spend money without the feeling that I am getting ripped off.
