Asian desserts at $3 per item during happy hours. However, not everything is three bucks. Highlighted items are regular price while some snacks are $3 specials. Got the grass jelly with condense milk. It taste ok, but not a lot of grassy taste. For the price I wont complain. HK pop on television and free Wi-Fi is available. Toilet in restroom has a unique plastic covering to prevent bodily fluids contamination. They take cash to CC/debit payment. Student ID gets you 20% off your bill. Update: UC Desserts have a two day anniversary special. Buy any item at regular price and get second item for $1. Both items must be equal value and same flavor. Some listed items are not qualify for promo special. Check menu and asked before placing order. July 10-11, 2017 only.

Desserts were tasty, pleasantly unique and presented pretty. The facility is clean and well lit, customer service was friendly and quick a little rushed but very efficient.

I dont think their Cantonese dessert is as authentic as the places I have visited in SF. But it is the only place in Oakland......
