Very unprofessional attitude. The company does not have a good employment policy and potentially is unreliable at best to work for. -You must study the science of preparing ice cream to a t. I understand that you can serve ice cream. What I do not understand is why they pretend you need to have a technical degree in the size, and appearance. A technical degree would state the density of the ice cream or mass might be sufficient, thorough, etc. The packet involves a lot of time and effort for something that might not pan out. Take it in comparison to a "marketing" scheme. Not to say being safe while serving food is not bad but in my opinion it is a bit extreme. Perhaps its apart of the fun if you have a first time job? I question the integrity after hearing bad reviews in the past from friends, and those I know, as well, not just experience. I was hopeful things had changed however there is no improvement in the management of this branch. The ice cream is very rich loved it as a kid, but now not so. I look at it as it is often awkwardly placed amongst the rest of the Kent station buildings near the theater. The building stands out of what formerly was located near the old design of Kent station where now new companies have repainted and changed over time. I recommend avoiding these two Covington and Kent. Coldstones are hits and misses depending on where you go.

The sign said open. Walked in with my 2 3year olds to get an icecream for them. It would have been 1 minute they refused to serve us. Remember the signed said open. I asked them nicely to just serve me 1 scoop per kidd but they refused. Its ok i will make sure none of the people i know come here. I asked for the managers phone number and her reply was looked it up. Wow Great customer service not

On Saturday I came in and ordered a cake to be picked up at 11:00 monday. I am standing in front of a clearly closed store at 11:40 Monday WTF?????? Update* Though I wasnt able to bring the cake to the party it was purchased for the manager reached out and offered it at half price. Overall I was pleased with there attempt to make it right

It is cramped in here, let me tell ya. Barely slave to sugar but Ill take a youngin and you know how off the wall they are. With the space limited for lines and eating, its just not what ice cream experience should be. They massage it good here though. Like the creamery pays off.

Saturday was super packed, 1 person working. Waited in line for about 20- 25 minutes. Understanding that 1 person was swamped it was not that bad. Management needs to re-think that. There should be at least 4 people working so its not so much on 1 person.

Overpriced for the types and the quality of products they serve. It is a nice place to go there once in a while, especially if it is hot outside, but paying inflated prices for ice cream is not what I enjoy doing.

Ice cream was solid. The service was insanely slow, and a bit rude. Which given the fact that they were slammed (due to being slow) I can understand.

Good selection of ice creams! The no sugar added version tastes great with a lot less carbs. Try to get the waffle cones right after they are made!
