The Worst Company Ive ever "Not" dealt with in my 25 years of wine collecting. I attempted to sell them a small part of my collection (100 Bottles). I sent them several detailed emails including a spreadsheet listing the wines I wanted to sell. Not only did they not reply to a single email, but they didnt even have the decency return any of my voicemails. Why post that you buy fine wines and not respond to people is beyond me. Buyers and Sellers Beware!!! I wanted to give JJ Buckley Zero Stars but Google wouldnt allow me to post without a Single Star.

Nearly a month to receive an incomplete order. Absolutely appalling customer service. No initial explanation of a delay. I ordered multiple bottles of wine from JJ Buckley as a gift. Nearly a month after placing my order, only 1/2 of the order had been delivered. Its incredibly awkward to ask the recipient of a gift about what they received. Had there been any indication of a ridiculous delivery time I would have purchased elsewhere. There are a number of excellent on-line wine merchants. I would encourage using any other merchant.

Low ballers... offered me less then half the true value, these wines all have 93 to 99 Parker ratings... even more upsetting the so called appraiser vary rude, condescending as if I was stupid, and even after I explained the condition of the labels and sent in the images they still wanted me to send the wine at my expense only to have me pay for shipping (both ways) to have them sent back, what a waste of time and money. look elsewhere and dont waste your time or money!
