Literally talked to a employee for 25 minutes about my trip over seas and getting a package to cover it. He says "OK your all set" 4 weeks later $576 Bill.. I call customer service to get it taken care of and of course i am transferred to 3 different people. Finally the last person tells me the employee never notated our conversation so now I have to go in a call him out so I can get what I asked a month ago.. Really dont want to have to do this , if the employee had just followed through..sigh*wish me luck.

Tried calling got the super awesome AT&T robot voice. ANNOYING. No one answers the phone after waiting for 5 mins listening to the garbage from the robot voice. I loved how they bragged they were rated #1 for customer service. Their customer service is the worst!! The next company meeting we have im suggesting just going with Verizon. Least when I call them I can actually talk to someone and get results. AT&T can lose the 125k a month we waste on this company and their alleged #1 service..

This is an AT&T corporate store location, so the staff here can literally help you with anything. Believe it or not, I find it way more convenient to stop in than going online or calling AT&T directly. They provide sales and customer service, and while you might have to wait a few mins to be seen, its worth it as they save you a lot of time and you can check out all their products and promotions. Ask for Mike...hes awesome.

UM, they are not OPEN at "9pm" so, of course there would not be "enough staff"... that being said, you should know that i HATE AT&T. the ONLY reason i am still with them is because of the staff, at THIS STORE. period. Shenal, is the ONLY person who ever actually can help me, (which is a lot because, AT&T, as a rule, sucks). HER Customer Service is PHENOMENAL. they simply need 100 more, just like her!

Here I work as a proffessional. I already hated at & t and I also wanted to give up their services, because in the Costa Mesa office there was a disgusting service and a complete disregard for the clients problems (they work for you when you just buy or contract.) But its quite another matter, they decided my problems for the third month. Great work, David, thanks !!

Hate this store. Gave them a second try and was greatly disappointed again. The employees just say sorry they dont know who helped you but they shouldnt have done that. Thanks for nothing. Att no longer does upgrades either with a extended 2 year contract. They make you pay for a new phone at full retail. This also wasnt what I wanted to hear.

AT&T, replaced my iPhone 4 screen after it was completely shattered. Within an hour of calling him to set up an appointment, it was as good as new. He did a careful job and tested all the functions before returning it to me. I highly recommend AT&T,iPhone Repair Service.

The AT&T store staff were so helpful. We walked in after getting off a flight. There were multiple staff members available to help. I had a few different issues that I needed help with and the gentleman who helped me patiently solved both of my issues. :)

What a great location for an AT&T store i would think theyd be much busier as theres always only just a few people and we never have to wait. The staff are courteous and professional here and parking opens up quicker then you might think in such a small lot.

I was there few times change g and replacing my galaxy note7. Three times. Managers are knowledgeable but employers need more trainings. All altogether it is a good place to go for glassware technology or so called .mobile phones.

I called twice in middle of weekday to see if they are open and have inventory. Stupid voicetree of greetings and when you pick the store representative no one ever answers. TERRIBLE.
