WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE***I have had the WORST experience with this independent Verizon store. I was lied to on several accounts. Initially they told me this was a corporate store. LIE They said "today if you switch to Verizon you get your phone for free" LIE. I went in 3 separate times. First visit they said you get a $300 credit back to your account. By the 3rd visit (which is when I switched and BOUGHT the phone) they said today is only $100 credit to your account. They said Verizon coverage in CDM was great, no pockets for dropped calls etc. LIE. I was not happy with the service in the following 2 weeks and called Verizon. They explained to me that 4G Wireless was NOT a corporate store. That I did pay for my phone being charged every month at $35. They also should have given me code # to register on line to receive the $200 credit on account by returning my old phone to Verizon. The supervisor from Verizon immediately called the store, with me on the call, and spoke to the manager, Omar, and he lied to the supervisor about offering the free phone! He also said they didnt have to give any code #s for their buyers to get the $200 credit! I also went to the city to see if there were any complaints on this store and there has been several of the same LIED TO complaints. They have also been reported to the Better Business Bureau several times for similar situations. I am not giving in to them. I am on the BID (Business Improvement District) board for CDM, bad for that store! I will also be submitting a complaint there. Verizon corporate is helping return 100% of what I PURCHASED. I have several people in my neighborhood that have come forward with similar complaints. If you have had similar issues please email me. Im contemplating filing suit. ****DO NOT BUY FROM THE STORE****

I was pushed into accepting a free tablet when I went in to upgrade my phone recently. I said 6 or 7 times, I do not want the tablet but my sales person and the manager were both pushing on me to accepting saying it as "FREE" and that the monthly charge of $10.00 a month would be coming off the bill so it was again "FREE". I was in a particularly vulnerable time at that moment, a few weeks from a second surgery and I feel I was pushed into the purchase. Now I find that there is an early termination fee if I send the tablet back (which I never wanted and continue to not want). I feel I was lied to but omission and I am very upset with Verizon and considering switching carriers despite the additional cost. It seems Verizon has gotten more and more unscrupulous in terms of sales and I am very upset about it and will not frequent this store ever again.

We sometimes make mistakes, and thats exactly what I did with this review. At first, I thought this Verizon store (not corporate) was great, and the review below indicates the previous 1 Star reviews were not valid. Well, when I got my January bill I discovered what I was told didnt match what I was charged. STAY AWAY! Read the one star reviews and was surprised when I recently went to this store to upgrade my phone. I guess the 1 star people do this a lot because of their unrealistic expectations. I found the stores team of phone experts to be of great help to me! And I would recommend this store to anyone. Get a life you 1 stars.

Had the most horrendous experience at this store should have read reviews... got told something was free when I upgraded and then got my first massive bill... they are a bunch of con artists wish I had never gone to this store. Met the "new" store manager Mason who is attempting to pick up the pieces and fix the mess the previous store manager and his 2 employees no less, has made. Will wait and see what happens before writing update. Treat this store with extreme caution not to be trusted.

Mason was a great help! Lots of knowledge on the devices and accessories. I needed a phone that was good for work! Mason showed me the new Android and how it would be perfect for what I do for work. Not just did he show me the phone but he gave me a little run down on how to use it Which was a great help. Thanks Verizon and thanks Mason Smith for your great expert advice. My advice for the people going into the Corona Verizon ask for Mason if you need help! Great customer service!

What are you talking about? The Manager at that store has the best work ethics, very helpful. Even if i moved to another state will still order or visit the corona del mar location. I recently bought a smartphone and im techincally challenge with new devices. The manager and the sale representative stood there teaching me in detail of how the phone works. As far has lying, i dont think so!! they lowered down my bill almost 200.00 ! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

HORRIBLE...still shaking over just trying to return an item within an hour of purchase with packaging still intact! They not only refused a refund but insisted I owe them another $70 for "restocking". I could rehang it in two seconds. I left my products and found my credit card had already been charged. It is a scam. Beware of these people. I had four adult witnesses to what they said and what they did. They deserve NO star at all.

These guys are the best. Go see Donny. My Droid died one afternoon and I was frantic. Donny calmed me down and because my contract was up my new phone was free (basically). He even gave me chocolate (knows was a frantic woman needs). I went back when I needed a hot spot for my computer. The new manager - Ely (I think that is his name) set me up and took awesome care of me. Thanks guys. See you when I need my next gadget.

Took my mom in to get her a phone and to switch mine from Sprint to Verizon. There were two salesmen and each had a customer they were working with. We sat and waited 45 minutes or so and not one of them even so much as cracked a smile or made eye contact with us. Finally we got up and left. Poor customer service and I have heard the same from neighbors in my neighborhood. We will not go back there.
