SHADY - BEWARE Took my less than one year old malfunctioning phone here to see what can be done with it. They looked up my account and said I did not buy the insurance contract, and then whipped out 4 new phones for me to choose between, expecting me to buy a new phone. I walked. Went home and looked up the manufacturers warranty. Its covered, and Verizon is mailing me a replacement phone. Thanks guys. Never will I enter your store again. As phone was unable to be activated after long wait, the consultant asked if I would like to take it with me. So, I did.. still not activated. Its two hours now. Plus they turned off my old phone when I had mentioned that it was still on and Id like to try and download the photos. When I left home, the photos popped up when I plugged in my computer to charge. I told the consultant that. I saw the photos on my Mac. Gone. Still not activated.

I have been a Verizon customer for 7 yrs, done much business with my local store. Because of cost, I had to switch to month to month. Now I get virtually no service when I have any need. Not even basic simple questions. Yes they will take my money, but nothing else. I am going back to contract because of the good deal they are offering, but I will buy from a store 9 miles away from the local store, less than 1 mile from my home.

These people are the used car salesmen of the mobile phone business. Constantly changing stories, confusing the facts, and outright lying. We should have walked out. You should not walk in.

If there was zero star option I would check it. Save yourself the visit and call customer service 800 with your needs then visit another store if they direct you.
