Had password issues, rep wiped phone and then reset Google password, locking me out and as a result refers me to a cell phone repair shop down the street. Do you know what happens when you reset the Google password? The rep didnt either and to get me out of her hair she refers an android software issue to a cell phone repair shop that wants $120 to resolve. The answer was simple, you have to wait 24 hours to sign back in as a security measure by Google. This is free, just costs you time and a headache. For no reason should that rep refer this issue to a outside mobile repair shop for an issue she created because she was outside the knowledge cause and effect. Bad business and a bad brand ambassador for T-Mobile.

Its kinda rare to find a cell phone store location that I like and Ive been to almost all of them. Ive been here twice and each time it was quick and painless. This location is small but the staff seem to know what theyre doing, are responsive, quick, and get you going without any hassles, unnecessary talk of upgrades, etc. My last visit was the fastest ever - 10 minutes at the most. Wow. I came in, told them what I wanted, they started the process, we talked shop for a bit, and voila! All was done and handled and the price point was good too. Couldnt be happier.

The worst cell phone carrier I have ever been with. No service any where I go. Got suckered in by Dianne and her lack of knowing the process of switching over from another carrier. Told us we could keep our devices and still qualify for the reimbursement program. That wasnt right. Called her on it and their solution was to spend more money. Had to pay my other carrier $700 out of my pocket because of her mess up. Now it will cost me another $1,500 to leave....its worth it.

Employees are eager to help young people they think they can sell to but when it comes to seniors they have no respect if they think they are not going to make a sale they become rude my mother went in she wasnt understanding what the sales person was trying to sell her she called me wanted me to talk to the sales man he refused to talk to me and gave my 70 year old mother a really bad attitude i cancelled her phone and switched companys

The staff are impressively knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping their customers. They like working for T-Mobile and know their products well. This location is a little small but convenient if you are in the area. If they dont have the phone youre looking for here they will find it at another location.

I always go to this T-mobile for service changes/adjustments. Since it is small, it is never too busy, and all the staff usually know what they are talking about. This store does not, however, have a huge selection of phones.
