Do NOT go to this store and let me explain why. This is NOT a corporate store, meaning they operate differently and separately than Verizon direct (they dont even have actual phones in the store to look at). During Xmas, Verizon had a deal going on and not knowing this wasnt a corporate store i thought I might as well go in and upgrade services. Long story short, My family and I missed out on upgrading 5 lines. The guy at the store decided to tell me a week later that they can no longer offer us the discount and promo deal because they didnt "submit it in time and that if we wanted the new phones wed have to pay FULL RETAIL. I even paid the taxes during the promo deal and all he could do is apologize. He tried blaming it on Verizon but after calling Verizon (corporate number) they mentioned that this location wasnt a corporate store and that they probably just mishandled the transaction. The lady that I called from Verizon couldnt even pull up any of our information that we even wanted to upgrade. Just make sure you upgrade or make any changes to your plan over the phone, on the computer or at a corporate store. You can call verizon and ask them locations that they recommend. Also, non corporate stores can choose to abide by corporate verizon promotion deals, not agree to them at all or they can even tweak them. Lets say you see a Verizon commercial that says you do not need to turn in your old iPhone to get the promotion, this store and any non corporate stores can decide to promote the deal but require you to turn in your old phone or just tweak the deal for their advantage. JUST DONT GO TO THIS STORE.

Coming into this store was a huge mistake. I purchased two phones on a special deal and was told my phones would arrive at the store in no more than 3 days. After constant calling and following up and having to "reorder" my phone because the order had not gone through or had been lost, I had to cancel and ask for a refund. At the time of purchase there were many sales going on for black Friday and I could have gotten a good deal at any other Verizon store. This store did not accommodate me or properly follow through with my calls. Im left with the same problematic phone and cant find anymore deals on the phone I wanted to purchase. I definitely do not recommended going to this store because they are a Verizon reseller and not a corporate office. This is a highly unprofessional store. I have taken further action against it and notified the Verizon corporate offices. I really hope this doesnt happen to anyone else because it has been very physically and emotionally draining.

Great service with very friendly employees! The gentlemen who assisted me was helpful in explaining which smartphones and plans best fit my familys needs. Everything was clearly presented and explained to me from the start and I havent come across any issues ever since. I love this store and would definitely recommend it to every Verizon Wireless customer in the area!

I came here because my phone kept freezing I couldnt stand it. First impression was great right when I walked through the door I was welcomed with a hello the staff was helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. It took them about 10 min to fix my phone and I was out the door Ill be back when Im eligible to upgrade my phone for sure thanks guys.
