I walked in about 1 months ago to ask about my contract. I was waiting for help and the guy told me someone else was about to clock in to just wait 10min for the guy to arrive. Well I waited 40min until Chris finally showed up and he seemed pleasant and friendly, helped me with my questions and told me he changed my data around and said I was good to go. He mentioned that I wouldnt see the changes until my next billing cycle. Well my new billing cycle started and nothing was different. I called and spoke to a lady who informed that there were no changes made and futher assisted me with my questions. All I have to say is that I have a been a proud customer of verizon for many years and I am trully dissapointed to have been helped by a verizon employee who lied to me. I feel I have been cheated and was told that I would receive more data at no charge and I ended up finding out that he did absolutely nothing for me. Maybe the way my contract is I would have chosen to no longer change stuff around but the fact that he did not explain anything to me and on top of that lied to me I am very unhappy. If you go here I do not recommend you seeking help from Chris.

I had a good experience working Frank Rosales at this particular location, He was helpful in anyways to go an extra mile and help me switch from my old carrier to an new one. 5 Stars for Frank. Keep it up buddy. The reason I am giving 3 stars total is due to the lack of efficient systems that reps used to help out customer that takes hours and hours to enroll customer into new device plan and activate their services. I went this store 3-4 times and almost spent 2 hours just sitting and waiting there so that some one from verizon customer service/support helps us out. Finally someone helped us and said that everything from their end is done and client should be able to make/receive messages/calls and use data. Alas! it didnt work for me for 2 days and I finally figured myself that port needed to be transferred from one of the rep from verizon support and that resolved this issue. I wanted to give 3 stars for this but since Reps at this particular location were doing anything they could to help me so I gave four stars

This store is shady and committed fraud. BE AWARE Their employee Julia allowed my ex girlfriend to take my phone upgrade, they added accessories, insurance etc.to my personal account without any authorization. Im still stuck with an old S3 that constantly dies and needs to be plugged in all the time. I made it clear that nobody will have access to my account through Verizon customer service. The employee Julia called me and asked for my password and claimed they just needed to verify information, thats when they helped my ex steel from me. I went into the store to get this taken care of and the Manager Juan Rivera said he will need to call me back the next day. Hes avoided my calls for two weeks. Verizon and the Santa Ana Police Department said its a personal matter and that I need to take this person to small claims court instead of shutting off the new phone and making her return the new one she took out in my name.

I had called in morning to make sure that they had the Samsung Note 3 in stock & the salesperson Rudy had told me that they were going to be receiving it in the afternoon. He told that thered be no problem & that itd be there ready for me later on that day. But when I came the later that night they did not have it; another Sales associate then told me that none of the other Verizon stores had it in stock. This I learned was a lie because when I went to another store a couple blocks away & they did have the Note 3 in stock . I really do not appreciate being lied to & misled, this shows this is a Very shady & Untrustworthy store. TIP: DO Your research before going to this store Or you will be misled. I suggest going to a Corporate store to be sure you get the right info.

AVOID!!! Completely incompetent staff confirmed. Came in to get help with a software update for my iphone and was told I had a hardware issue and need to send in my device to manufacturer. I ended up fixing the issue myself by doing the software update through itunes. Phone works perfectly now. Completely unknowledgeable staff working here.

Avoid going to this store at all cost. They will try to sell you things claiming to be free but hide the cost. I went there to just upgrade my phone. They offered me tablets saying they are free of cost. But they were not. I call it dishonesty. If you have to go to a Verizon store then just go to corporate Store only.

Juan, william and julia did an outstanding job in assisting me with everything i needed. Each of them were extremely patient and went beyond the call of duty. I will recommend anyone needing assistance to come to this location. They all gave great service and take pride in their work. I am a very satisfied customer.

The WORST verizon store ever!! I felt like the staff had no idea what they were doing. I waited for 25 minutes while both employees accomplished nothing with their customers. After waiting that long I gave up and walked out

Everythings great about this place except they arent a corporate Verizon store, only an authorized retailer. That means they cant handle every issue themselves, they are there to sell phones and plans, but they do that well.
