So I normally hate coming to this store...crowded and always out of what I need! My rating goes based on the customer service I experienced today. I took my 4 year old shopping for my nephews, and of course she starts naming things she wants for Christmas. Items were fairly large and hard to hide from her. Luckily a worker helped me gather the items and take them to a register for me. I believe her name was Irmelda (sorry if Im mistaken) She was very helpful in helping me be a sneaky little elf lol. There was a mix up when I got to the register but Jeanette and another worker (forgot her name) helped me gather up all the items again without my daughter noticing. Scanned and double bagged everything so she wouldnt peak! I know how hectic it can be working in customer service: especially during holidays. But they kept their cool and gladly assisted me with my situation! Thank you Toys R Us! You saved me another trip back and even happened to get a few of the last items on the shelf!!! A+++++

Since there arent many Toys R Us close by this is probably the closest one Id go to, to shop for my inner needs of collecting toys. When I say collecting Im taking about Nintendo Amiibos. The staff here are friendly and understand how to be organized during launch dates for certain products. The staff here is also knowledgeable when it comes to answering my questions.

I called multiple times to ask availabilty of a product. They kept me on hold for 30 mins each time and when it sounded like someone was going to pick up the line they hang up on you. The worst display of customer service by far.

Didnt have a simple basketball net. And one checkstand open with 6 people in line. Took 15 minutes for us and we were third in line.

Phone Service sucks, been on hold for 5 minutes and nobody has even picked up to ask if ive been helped! Horrible customer service!

I traded my old stroller for A new booster seat & I was treated pretty good I like this Toys R Us.

Cant believe there is still a toys R us, the store doesnt have much staff but Is very clean
