I went in looking for a car seat that was on sale. They only had a open box model. Teresa offered to call the other stores but I really didnt want to drive around town with a baby looking for a car seat, especially around rush hour and it being around 90 degrees. Teresa offered a discount on a open box model that was on the sales floor. After inspecting the item it looked new and seemed like someone opened the box and put it back in. So I bought it. Teresa was great during the whole process. She listened and offered suggestions but in the end we bought the open box. She saved me some $$ and at the same time saved me time. Not all associates at this store are this helpful but she made me have a good day. The store is very clean and is never super busy during the work week. The five stars are for Teresa, I cant comment on the other associates because it seems there level of service is only lip service and no action.

I am a toys r us kid! I come here to buy art supplies for when I go take care of a special needs kid. They have a wide variety of art supplies. I found a lot of cool colors. I found playdoh with all the colors of the rainbow and more. The sales associate that helped me was friendly funny and did a great job in helping me find everything I needed. Great prices for the art supplies here. The store itself is always organized. I dont know how they do it. Kids running around and dropping things. But they always have someone there putting everything back in place.

" Montebello The Best Toys r Us ". Every staff member is Courteous, and I go often. If they dont have the item they find it online with no attitudes they dedicate the time to help you. Ive been to the surroundings toys r us And had bad experience worst customer service (specially Alhambra toys r us I believe shes the Mgr an asian woman was very rude attitude, unpatient, rushing you & Puente Hills Toys R us bad customer service they both suck!)

came in to return an item, extremely nice staff. they even checked in the back for the merchandise i did need and want. Prices are a bit high. Suggest looking online and ordering for pick up, they have good clearance sales.
