I am having my doubts about this store as they do not accept returns on a $500 drone that has only been nothing but a headache since I bought it just a few days ago, I have been flying drones for over 3 years yet This Chroma for GoPro is the most complicated drone I have ever come across and still today I have not been able to get any FVP video from the GoPro I bought just for this, but I already returned the GoPro to Walmart and bought the Phantom 3 instead which is amazing, now I am stuck with a Chroma $500 Drone that I cant use for videos and or pictures. I guess this is one of the main reasons we customers prefer to buy on Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy as they never have a problem taking back stuff that does not work for their customers. I was willing to pay restocking fee but I was told NO RETURNS.

I came into the RC street shop looking for a replacement cord for my battery charger. The little cord that goes into the battery charger is a tight fit and I dont have very much patience so I do it quickly and today I paid the price and broke my cord. I did a search for hobby shop and found this place relatively close to me. I asked for the replacement cord but that was not available so they hooked me up with a repair job on my existing cable instead. Simple enough really they just soldered my wire back into my lead thing and now Im all set. Easy peasy! While I was there I purchased another Dji Phantom battery for good measure. Now I need to find a battery charger that can charge 4 batteries at a time and I will be all set!

THERE IS NO COMUNICATION BETWEEN FRONT OF THE HOUSE (COUSTOMER SERVICE) AND BACK OF THE HOUSE (SERVICE DEPARTMENT). I TOOK MY SON RC CAR FOR INVESTIGATION, I PAID 35$ AND I GOT A CALL AFTER 3 WEEKS TO PICK UP THE CAR... "CAUSE IS READY, I THINK, CAUSE I SO THE GUY WORKING ON IT, I THINK, BUT IF ITS NOT WORKING, BRING IT BACK TO US". YOU KNOW WHAT?! AT THIS POINT ILL WRITE A REVIEW AND THEN I GO ON YOU TUBE AND ILL FIX IT MYSELF!!!

Hands down the best hobby shop Ive been into. They spent over half an hour explaining things, as Ive stopped for a set of connectors. Service guy was crazy knowledgable and even showed me on somebody elses car, how to setup my suspension....I am excited that I finally found a place, where i can get my questions / problems solved!
