I almost wonder if theyre short staffed because NO ONE WANTS TO PICK UP THE DAMN PHONE. Ive been trying to get in contact with someone for over 15 minutes now, probably made about 8 calls BACK TO BACK only to end up having to redial again. Very inconvenient considering the fact that I want to ask them if they can put something on hold for me so that I can ensure my long drive down there will be worth it. They are they closest location to me that has the product I need so I dont have too much of a choice. You would think after the first 3 times of the phone ringing that someone would make an effort to stand by the phone but NOPE. I even called a different location to see if it was just them or how the store usually operates and the other store picked it up right away!

So i came I here to buty oonies refill and Ileana had the worst customer service. Didnt want help when she couldnt find the item just said we dont sell it here. I informed her yes you do sell it here. Then proceed to point and say it should be over there then. I asked over there where? Young man with blond hair came to help. I always come to this location NEVER have i experienced such bad customer service.

Every time I go in theres only 1 register open with the line halfway down the store. Worse than WALMART. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Rude people working there. I stood in line for 10min only to be ignored by employees walking by back and forth not acknowledging me and my son, and they straight skipped to the customer behind me who had just stepped up.

Today I had a bad experience in this store, to pay some amiibo They didnt want to accept change in coins, I went to the entrance wait for my tia turn to change the coins for dollars and Again they didnt want my change with a bad Face all who work in this place, very bad experience in this store

Its alright but the thing is that most of the time they dont have whats in stalk and it sucks and a waste if time driving over there next time I should call them if they have of what I want instead of going over there not knowing if they have it or not so yea thats all I need to say about that

This is just your run of the mill toysrus / babiesrus nothing special here selection is small due to the fact it is 2 stores in one. Hard to get to off the freeway i had to drive through ally ways and such to get here. The Fullerton store is bigger and if close i would go to that one instead.

Nice clean store, but as with all Toys R Us locations, inventory is very inconsistent. Call first to make sure the item youre looking for is in stock, regardless of what it says online.

The staff is helpful and courteous. Most of the time they are well stocked on their inventory. I enjoy coming to this once because of the store is half Babiesrus and half Toy r us.
