I used to like this place until after I met the manager a couple of times. I thought his attitude was unprofessional, not to mention rude. I had to return 3 things and exchange them due to defective products. The third time I went to exchange the last product the manager gave me a hard time but let me exchange the product. Then he said,"Im not exchanging anything with you anymore." Well then Im not going to buy anything from you anymore if you are going treat me like a criminal and scam artist!!!!! Its not my fault that some of your merchandise is defective!!!!!

Every time I walk in the store or browse the site, I have to buy something. Its like my Target, I always come out with stuff I didnt plan on buying. I guess you can say I have a problem.From Dunns to Simpsons to Futurism...and now Street Fighter? So amazing, Im surprised my face doesnt fall off.

very overpriced, and its now a lot smaller. they used to sell more unique items, so you could argue the high price since theyre not available elsewhere. now, its half the size and sell things you can find at target for half the price

This place is usually very clean and friendly. I love finding my collectables here. The staff is always smiling and the temperature inside is perfect. Easy to find the things i want everytime.

though the store lost half their space, it still has tons of fun toys and things to peruse and buy for kids or the kids at heart. its never boring to come here.
