We ordered items off the website to be shipped to store in city of Industry, CA 91716 We received a confirmation email, but no pick up email. When we called the store they had NO record of our order. After being promised overnight shipping and three calls in, still no record of order. Hung up on by customer service representative.

I want to know who the customer service employee is on the phone. He is horrible and should be fired. I simply asked to check for one item then he left for two minutes, then hung up. I called back twice and no answer. I called for five minutes each.

Employees were helpful in finding an item for me. Cashier was helpful and helped me save an extra 15% off the car seat I was buying. Overall great experience.
