Terrible return policy on RC toys. Our purchase didnt take a charge and the policy for this type of items is on the receipt AFTER you make your purchase. They didnt want to return our money. I demanded the clerk call the owner or someone who could authorize a refund. It took raising my voice, telling patrons to not shop there, and telling them I wouldnt leave until I got our money back. A policy of no refunds or exchanges for RC cars, helicopters, etc. is not fair if the product doesnt take a charge and your 5 year old cant use it. REALLY...I would find another place to spend your money. I did get our money back.

This store is rude to kids and their families!!! they have stuffed animals and toys at eye level of toddlers but gets mad when they touch them! I was ready to spend quite a lot of money but left the store after they were UNBELIEVABLY rude to myself and my kids. I will NEVER spend a dollar in this store and I discourage anybody else to ever shop their.
