I can not stand this store for a number of reasons. We got a coupon in the mail because it was my daughters birthday. Make sure you use your $2 coupon with a separately purchased item otherwise they will prorate it when you return any one of the items on your receipt. Who does coupons that way? What a rip off!!! Dont even send the coupon if it is not worth the full amount when you return something else! Every time I have gone there the workers act like they are doing me a favor and I get horrible customer service. The manager had no teeth and would have rather stood there and argued with me about the $2 than just given it to me. Its the principle! I signed up for the "rewards" program all for nothing. In the three years we have spent thousands of dollars there only to get disrespect and ripped off. They will do anything to get a dollar from you and dont ever expect they will take a return. Kohls and Walmart will take returns no problem and are thankful for my patronage. There are so many other places to shop - Dont keep places like this going when they just take advantage of people.

I found that this store is a mess! Products are put in the wrong places and some you cant even find a price for. I was double charged for two items. One I noticed as soon as walked out of the store. Went right back in and they gave me my money back. I sat down today to do inventory of my Christmas shopping, and found the second item they double charged me for. Got on the phone right away and the phone kept ringing for 13 minutes. Hung up, called again, phone rang for 15 minutes, hung up again. Gave it another try, after 7 minutes, still got nowhere and gave up. I plan on going there tonight, they better give me a refund! I think Ill skip TRU next time and take my money elsewhere.

In the store, there were very few people in line for Customer Service. Only 1 out of 3 were actually helping the customers. So, I wasted a bunch of time to order a couple of bikes. The rep was very friendly when she helped me. Two days later, I am currently on hold for 20 minutes (and still waiting), trying to get ahold of a rep to make sure the bikes are in, and I am about to hang up. I am beyond irritated---it is a simple question with a quick answer. Can I pick it up tonight or not. I think I am done with Toysrus--it is too far to drive anyway (which is why I wanted to confirm my order was in before I left). Thank goodness there is a Target on just about every corner.

This is a larger Toys R Us, but the customer service here blows. I called in to see if an item was in stock and waited 28 minutes on hold and finally hung up. I called back several hours later, waited 15 minutes and then hung up. The line kept ringing and ringing. Im curious to see what happens when I go down to the store later and call the same number. If it is ringing I will be talking to the manager. After reading everyones reviews its probably a waste of my time. I would try Target or another store if it wasnt such a unique item. Good Luck!

This place deserves negative stars for customer service. I was looking for an item and when I finally tracked down an employee, she completely ignored me. I shouted out loud several times, "excuse me" but she just kept on walking. I saw this short-overweight-dark haired woman twitch as I tried to get her attention; she looked like she almost turned around but she just kept on walking. More the reason Ill be doing my shopping online! Yes, one employee can ruin a business! This place swallows.

I wanted to place an order for a glider and ottoman I had been eying for weeks. An associate named Brandon assisted me throughout the process and I could have not asked for better service. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. He also took extra care making sure that my 20% off coupon would be honored at the time of pick up. In addition to being efficient, he was also friendly and personable. Overall a very reassuring and pleasant experience. Will definitely shop there again!

Terrible customer service! I normally dont leave feedbacks but I felt like I must this time. I went into the store to return a defective console and neither the representative nor the manager was at all helpful. in fact, they didnt even bother to listen to my story. They turned me down so quick, before even looking at my receipts. I went to another store and got my replacement right on the spot with no hassle. The manager of this store is utterly incompetent.

Have been going here for years and yes sometimes they are understaffed but had a really good experience with a store Mgr recently. They were out of a outdoor play house and it was the last day for $100 off coupon it was $399. Even though it was closing, he had me take a seat and placed took 20 mins to make sure I got the proper discounts and the house would arrive in time for my daughters birthday. He went above and beyond I was completely satisfied.

Israel was Very unaccommodating to a video game purchase with a defective game... I waited 25 minutes to get a $35 store credit when I paid $59 for the game - I was given the lowest price because it was past 90 days, yet I had my receipt. Beware of the store!! 25 minutes for a return is unacceptable, the customer service is appalling, and we wont be back again!

Seems a lot of bad experiences last Black Friday (or is it now Black Thursday?). They were organized, answered the phones quickly and got my question answered and found a line that was maybe 20 minutes long! Good savings and they were heavily staffed. Glad I didnt go to Target as I needed the deal of 50% of some Wii products and Legos.

They shuffle me around the store when I made a online shopping pickup. When a clerk finally showed up, she was chatting in Spanish on the phone. She asked for and obtained an ID, held in her hands for about five minutes then returned to me. After a while, she asked for an ID again! Oh! I was accused being not patient.

Such a great shopping experience at this location this past christmas season. The manager helped us find the new mini NES classic, was so pleased with our purchase and the staff here. They know their stock well and are very helpful when it comes to locating an item.

This store is the worse, they are so shorthanded and no one ever knows anything at this store. If you try to make a phone call they will keep you waiting forever and no one answers the phone calls. Toys R Us, has very bad management and it all trickles down!!!

Waited 8 minutes for someone to just pick up the phone. Never spoke to a human. Called target and a person answered in less than 30 seconds... Get it together T R U, it is the holiday season, staff your store so you can answer the phone!
