Okay, for notToys-R-Us stores seems to be on the brink of disaster whenever I go into them, but this one wasnt too bad. Its nestled in a shopping center that doesnt seem to attract too many visitors, but its across from the Mills Mall, so that does this location some good. I love heading to this store to checkout their LEGO selection, as Im a big LEGO collector. They usually have a good to great selection of LEGOS and the best part is that they usually have the larger sets of LEGOS you can only find in the LEGO stores. Other than that, they always have great prices on board games, etc. Im giving this store three stars because Im not quite a fan yet.

The employee brandon is areally rude guy he thinks he has the right to scream at customers he was like bullying me and he was making fun of me he is the worst one out of all the employees i let the manager know that he was rude but it seemed like the manager didnt care about it the employee brandon was really agresive and im a 16 year old girl and it was for no reason i just went to the register with my item and he started being rude to me and thats all you guys have to know carefull when you guys go cause their watch the kids cause he is agresive he even pulled my phone away from my hands

Never buy a pool or any water slides make sure you ask the cashier about return policy. And here is my story I bought a water slide that cost me over 400 dollars I bought it for a special ocassions for these hot days did not work tried to return it toys r us said that I had to speak to manufacture that they didnt give me any type a refund because I did not buy it directly from them I told toys r us what they said and they basically told me tough luck that they couldnt do anything so now a basically lost my 400 watch out hope this helps ::::(((((((

We were there to exchange an item and waited in the line patiently for our term. When we needed to exchange the item, the customer clerk asked us to get the item ourself. When I returned with the item, she asked us rudely to return to the back of the line again. There was no smile. There was no please. Waiting in line twice to exchange an item was not appropriate. That was especially considering that we were rewards customer. Dont come here if you want to be treated like a person.

Customer service is terrible. I called to inquire about an online item and a woman named Katrina or karina hung up on me after being on hold for 5 minutes. I called back 3 times just to be hung up on because the item I was calling for is at babys r us. I was waiting for a number or something but she just hung up in my face! Very rude.

Rude employees, awful customer service, female manager very rude, it always takes the employees in the back a long time to bring items to the front whether its Christmas season or not, then again almost all their stores have the same low level of customer service, shopping somewhere else from now on.

Was surprised that I was able to get in & out as easily as I did during the the holidays. The check out line moved quickly. Youre always guaranteed to encounter at least one rude customer here, which is weird but thats not the stores fault.

Love this store.. To many toy places closing. We need this one to stay open. Kids love going through the store. Employees doing their best considering their wages and hours. I will keep coming back.!

Extremely helpful staff, if they didnt know the right answer they called for a manager to assist us. Paul the store manager was very kind and very helpful to us and our grandchildren.

I was doing my Christmas Shopping here and got robbed at this location and they dont have survaillance camaras. Dont risk it! Chino Hills way better.
