Dont bother trying to save time using the buy online/ pick-up in store at this location! The staff are incompetent and very slow. Initially customer Service directed me to use the kiosk at the very back of the store to check-in and someone would deliver my item to me. However the scanner at the kiosk was broken. So after returning all the way back to the front of the store to customer service I then had to wait in line for 10 minutes before being helped. At which point the same customer service gal chuckled when I told her the scanner was broken with a response that of, "yeah, it doesnt always work." (why send me then?) After she called in my pick up to the back, I had to wait another 30 MINUTES to get my item brought to me. The same stocked item on the shelf was just a few feet from customer service, but they wouldnt let me take one of those, I had to wait for the one that had already been pulled and stored in the back. While waiting that 30 min. my husband, who was currently shopping in the back of the store, calls me on the phone to tell me he sees the employee who is suppose to deliver the item to me walking around laughing and chatting with others while holding my purchased item in his hand. I headed again to the back of the store to hunt this guy down and finally get my item from him. Once I found him and complained about the 40 wait, I did not get an apology. I could have stood in line to purchase that same item off the shelf 10 times over for how long this took. Not to mention i had to walk to the back of the store twice to finally get it! Never again! Oh, and my item had a rip in it so i had to swap it for one off the shelf anyway for one that wasnt ripped. Ridiculous!

The service was OK, one of them I asked about a certain item and was made fun for saying something that was taken out of context. I told her that the store usually did this and she must have thought I was an idiot. She basically made me feel stupid. This employee was not helpful and ruined part of my experience. I took the high road though and said nothing. I wanted to slap her though. Oh well it was OK though not recommended to be frank.

In comparison to other Toys r us this one has a smaller selection and less workers. Which leads to a longer wait (during the busy season) and no one to help you. But always clean and friendly when you find someone. ;)

It is O.K. Layaway is free for the holidays which is helpful but some of the prices are higher than elsewhere so it is best to shop around first. They also have a limited selection of toys.
