We have been back 3 times to try and return a UNOPENED pack and play. They were only willing to give us about %50 of the original price of this thing.... WHAT? We have the original receipt, but because it is over 90 days, they still wont do it. Our baby is just at the point of using this thing now... it has a terrible design flaw and all we want to do it return it for what was originally paid for it and then buy another one - SPENDING MORE MONEY at their store.... but NO. They wont do it. They are also requiring to see our ID - a drivers license. WHAT? Why do you need that? I have the receipt... Is this now a communist country? I dont even have to show my drivers license to vote! Now Babies-R-Us is demanding to see it so I can return a poorly designed pack and play for store credit when I have the original receipt? We will NOT shop at this bloated over-priced mega-chain store with its poor corporate return policy.... Lame.

I did my baby registry at babies r us, and it was really nice at first. Then, everything i had clicked on or registered for needed to be updated almost every day. Also, every time I go to the store to buy an item and use a coupon, the coupon magically does not work! Also they generally only have one cash register open. The last 2 times I went the cashier was a beginner and it took nearly 30 min to check out. They also say that they have no hassle return policy. Thats a lie! I returned a few items on my registry to which they told me they could only give me store credit. Very disappointed...

Ordered online for a supposedly quick and easy pick up. Called the store multiple times while I was in route, no answer. Arrive to be directed to the check in kiosk, which doesnt work, to get directed to the back of the store at item pickup where the Barcode scanner doesnt work. Searched for anow employee to get sent back to customer service in the front of the store where I had to wait in line to get told that it will be a 15 minute wait. Nothing fast andelivery easy about the system. Seems like they just want you to tour the store.

Worst customer service Ive ever had. I waited about 45 mins to do a pick up. There were about 10 people waiting in line and only one register open, while other workers just kept on walking back and forth. All of them very rude , no one greets you, they all look mad. I couldnt even ask a question to one of them that was passing by. After 45mins of waiting in line I had to wait another 45 mins to get my pick up. A total of a 1.5 hrs at the store... will never go back to this place!!!!

I am amazed how supervisors and managers are lazy...with a capital L, District managers really should do alot of suprise visits here, you will be amazed how the flower really is when you are not there. If it werent for the sales people who actually really care and put time into their work I think that store would have failed already,thats if it isnt already.Put the scope on those supervisor and managers and see where the root of your problem really is.

The absolute worse customer service. I called yesterday and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. I hung up and have been calling back every since, the phone rings for 10 minutes without one employee answering. Sometimes I get hung up on without anyone saying hello. They act as if there are only 2 employees there. Ive called already 5 times this morning & not one person has answers, 2 of those times I was hung up on.

Please shop here if you are white or looking to be racially profiled. Oh yeah thats right just because my brother and his family are Hispanic they were mistreated in this store. Further more not only is he the son of a police officer and a respectable member of society but he also has served his country in the Army and the National Guard. Never fails. No matter what day, what time of day or even what season, "Customer Service" has only ONE associate working behind the counter! Considering the cost of their merchandise is higher than most stores, you would think they could afford to employ an adequate amount of employees to provide service to their customers in a timely manner.

Ive been trying to call them for over 45 minutes to ask a simple question and they finally answered just to hang up on me. I called Ontario Toys R Us and they picked up in no more than 3 minutes and gave me great customer service. Things are no different inside the store either the managers are the only ones that are willing to help you out

This store is brand new. The store was just recently opened. It doubles as a Babies "R" Us. The staff here are always helpful if you need help in finding something or need something down. The store is always clean, everything is organized and easy to find. This store is a 10/10 compared to other Toys "R" Us in the area.

This place is ridiculous. I ordered a crib about 3 almost 4 weeks ago, theey said it would bee there with in a week of ordering it, and that they would send an email. Nothing after 3 weeks. We keep calling and no one answered thee phone wtf this is ridiculous

worst customer service experience ever, at this location, I tried to return an item and they didnt help, I went to other location and no problem, they need to improve their costumer service, for now I dont recommend buy anything at this location, seriously!

The tacos are extremely delicious. Dont forget the lime in the coconut. On Wednesday, they have the best chowder. Little expense for huge offers. You if like sushi, than the all you can eat pokemon sashimi Sunday surprise is spectacular.

Is there a negative star? Went on Black Friday, was given a ticket so I was guaranteed that item only to find out it wasnt in stock. They ordered it for me only to have my order cancelled twice! Never shopping here again!

I have called Toys R Us in Redlands over 5 times today and NO ONE PICKED UP!!!! I thought this store would be more on it because they are not that old. Also because all the new store be around them. This is bad business.

Ordered a glider at the store, it never came. The young man that helped me didnt know what he was doing but acted like he did. Never coming to this toys r us. They all lack in customer service.
