Customer serviced is not that good, I was looking for a toy for my son and asked one of the ladies where could I find it, she just said she didnt know instead of asking someone who knew or help me find it. At checkout there wasnt that many people but cashiers were really slow, they were taking a lot time just to help a customer with only two items, after a while one of the managers open up another checkout station, she was fast but charge me twice the same article, I noticed it after I paid and check my invoice, I told her right away and she had to cancel everything and do it over.

Probably the worst Toys "R" Us in San Diego County....as far as its location and its size. The people that work here dont know much about the merchandise they sell. The upside is that this place has a decent selection and you will most likely find what your looking for.

This store is pretty much the only Toys R Us I will shop at. The employees at this location go out of their way to help their customers. They are courteous and friendly. And the inventory is pretty well stocked

They have a HUGE American Girl Doll selection beats driving to LA. The only bad thing is they dont have the historical dolls. You still have to go to LA. For them or order them on line.
