So I placed an order for an item online and set it for store pickup. I get the confirmation email that the item is ready for pickup so I head over. I get there and there is no one at the pickup counter. Didnt have to wait too long, but it turns out that the item isnt at the pickup counter. I had to wait an additional few minutes for them to bring the item up. I dont think they understand that when you set for store pickup, its usually to go in, grab the item, and go. But I wasnt in a hurry so that wasnt THAT big of a deal. I decided to check out their Disney Infinity section. I have to say, I was impressed with their selection. Especially when I saw both the Light-FX Kylo Ren and Darth Vader figures that I wanted. They were also having a deal where they were only $11 each verses the $16 they normally are. I grabbed both and headed to the register. The cashier Kevin (who I suspect was also a supervisor of some sort since people were asking him when to take their lunch) rang up the Darth Vader just fine, but had an issue with the Kylo Ren figure. As it turns out, the Kylo Ren figure didnt come out until Tuesday (I was there on the previous Saturday) so he wasnt supposed to sell it. However, its not like I found it hidden somewhere, they were all over the place. He agreed to sell it, but only at the regular price. His exact words were "I can sell it to you at the normal price, or I dont sell it to you at all." What kind of customer service is that? Basically even though your store screwed up by placing them out, you wont honor the sale price? Thanks, Ill order this online. Then at least I wont have to deal with a store who doesnt seem to understand customer service very well....

Staff is very helpful, large selection of toys, prices are OK. The reason for two stars is that the store is located in a very bad place. Wife was attacked by a stranger at this location and store offers no security. The older Palm Desert location was much safer. We will not be visiting this location again, it is just far too dangerous.

I went to this store last week and everyone there was very helpful. I purchased all kinds good stuff. I needed help looking up some transactions and Matt was very helpful. Im glad to report that if you want quality service this is the store to go to.

Employees nice, but dont buy a bike from here. Two bad bikes all with improper gear asdembly setups. No no no. Spend the money at the bike shops. Wasted my time having to come back and forth two times.
