The worst customer experience from the store manager of all people. Went to pick up the free lego set on 11/14/15 (Called ahead of time to make sure it was okay) and then was denied the toy because my 4 year old wasnt present. Then argued with me and after I filed a complaint online called me back the next day to again say he was right and I was wrong, but that I could come pick up a similar lego bag set for $3.99. I really dont need the $3.99 and this whole thing was a joke and easily avoidable. Never going back to this store!

I ordered something online and one of the workers, Lauren, called me shortly after and told me that there was only one left, but the box was badly damaged. She offered to get another one from another Toys R Us. When I arrived to pick up the item, I saw that there was the one with the damaged box. Thankfully, Lauren caught me before I took that one home. She went to her car to get me the new, undamaged box of the item I ordered. Bless her, she was awesome! Thank you soooo much, Lauren! :)

OMG the associates in this store are a literal flock of dodos. Tried to put a playground set on layaway and nobody knew how to do it. They even started lying about the ability to even put the item on layaway. Then one of the younger workers stepped up and told them they can place the item on layaway. But since none of the associates knew how to do it I just gave up on the whole thing and bought the item from another place online. If you want to deal with incompetence shop here.

If possible I would give them zero stars. Worst experience Ive had with customer service in years. Went in to buy my son a birthday present and was attended but the worst employee at the customer service desk. Arlene was beyond rude. She kept rolling her eyes as if it was an inconvenience to do her job.

We tried the "buy-online and pick up in store" option and the customer service associates were not able to find our order, which was paid for, and they insisted that we had to have an email to pick up the items that we never received! Overall, the customer service team was very rude and not helpful.

Somehow this place was much bigger when I was a child. Probably because it was all toys back then do we really need kid furniture and baby clothes you know that is not why we are here. You promised I could always be a toy r us kid but not if you dont have enough toys for me to play with.......
