I recently went in to the Corona store looking for a very hot and quite difficult toy to find. After looking around I was able to catch the attention of Jorge, the store manager. I explained to him what I was looking for, and he was aware of the product. He mentioned that they had just got some in, and would check it out. He looked high and low but was unable to find the item. I was Ok with that, someone must have beat me to it. He offered to call the store closest to my Home. I gave Jorge my number and he said he would call. True to his word, I received a call from Jorge not more than 20 minutes after I left, saying the item was on hold for me at the store closest to home ( I was out shopping all day) I thanked him profusely and was able to get the item at my local TRU. Now, the backstory to all this is: I called 10 TRUs earlier in the day. No dice. I also visited several stores, still no dice. At each store I encountered helpful folks, but they were blown out of the water by Jorge. He was kind, never gave up and on top of it all, told me: " If I can make your day, then it was all worth it." Thats the kind of people we need in retail. I am happy for his help, even more than getting the product. Jorge, again, thank you very much for your help. And I highly recommend the Corona store to anyone who should go.

I have to admit, I love Babies R Us! THey offer so many great products for my kids in one store and I have always shopped at the Babies r Us off of Jamboree in Irvine. THis Babies R Us in corona is by far the most terrible Babies R Us I have ever been to! There are never customers in the store. The employees stand around chit chatting about their days, while ignoring the few customers they do have, and the Exchange department down right sucks! I recieved some diapers from a babyshower that were to small and so I went to Babies R Us(where they were bought) to exchange for a different size. They told me they couldnt even exchange them because I had no reciept even though they scanned the product and identified it as theirs. I asked if I could speak to the manager and the cashier went into the back room, came back out and told me the manager said no.. He didnt even come out to see me. She asked another cashier for help with me situation and the cashier didnt even look up and said " Well Im not going to do anything about it without the reciept" I have never been met by such a poor, rude, and uncaring customer service. They didnt have to take the diapers back, it was just so terrible how blatently rude they were! I will never shop at Babies R Us again, Target and Walmart can have more of my business.

I am so upset. My Dad bought my daughter a fisher price swing and I went in to pick it up in store. When I got home my husband opened the box and we noticed there were no instructions but we brushed it off thinking it was simple to click the swing into place. First of all there were stains on the head rest (looked like baby formula), there were missing parts, and the dang swing didnt even work. Beyond mad I went in to switch it and had no issues. We go home to attempt to set it up again and notice this one was broken from the back. It had a huge chunk missing of plastic ! And it didnt wanna play music or swing . Im so pissed got to make another trip down there in the morning !!!!!

if you want to be lied to over the phone about a toy they set aside for you and show up and its the wrong toy then this is the store for you. i drove 45 minutes to get to this store because i called to see if they still had the power rangers legacy green ranger dragon dagger they said they had it in Stock. when i got there they brought out the wrong toy and said thats what i asked for. Maybe these employees need to learn how to LISTEN to what customers want or stop lying to customers. Now you see why there isnt that many toys r us stores around any more.

this store is awful! people return things there, used, and they package them back up and resell them.I bought a play yard with mobile for my daughter, opened it up when I got home and pieces were missing and it has been used! I had to take it back to the store and they gave me a VERY hard time about returning it. I had to go to the manager. Now, a mobile we received as a baby shower gift has broken and they will not exchange it. It is only 2 months old!!

Bought a breast pump online and had it shipped to the store. I didnt realize until I was leaving to pick it up that my husband was the one who had to pick up, and the email confirmation said no exceptions. He called and explained that I needed it before he could get it after his work shift (which is 48 hrs long). They said no problem and they had it ready when I got there.

Amazing customer service my Josh! He has helped my husband a few times already and is so helpful and so informative! Thanks to him we have had a pleasant visit to toys r us! Thank you Josh, we appreciate your attentiveness and thanks again for helping us on choosing my daughters car seat!

Dont buy stuff at this store unless you want a piece of wood and a bag of rice as the item... I went to go return that product and the manager was like the old piece of wood and rice bag story and now Im trying to see if I can sue them for this, help me out if you know if I can.

This store needs to train everyone in this place a lot better. Seems like ev everyone is running around like a chicken without a head. I blame it on management not the employees. I will find another Toy R Us to shop at.

Went to exchange something and the on the shelve was damaged just like the one we purchased yesterday. So I have to drive to another toys r us to see if they have what my daughter wants for her birthday.
