12/22/2016: **Update: I noticed that my account not been credited for the unfulfilled order. I called customer service and was on hold for 20+ minutes to wait to talk to someone. I was then told that if the order was unfulfilled, I should not have been charged for the toys...BUT I WAS. I had to go through hell to prove that I was not properly charged. All because the Santa Ana store did not do things correctly. 12/21/2016: 45 Minutes, a half completed order and a rude and apathetic attitude is what you should expect if you pick up your online order at this store. I ordered three small items online through ToysRUS. I received an email a couple hours later stating that my order was ready for pick up. Came in and waited in line for order pick up. I was informed that the order was not ready. The cashier asked me to wait while they gathered the order. I walked the store 10 minutes and came back. The cashier handed me my bag. I notified her that I did not receive the two of the three items I ordered after inspecting the bag. The cashier asked me to wait again while she paged an associate to help fulfill the rest of the order. I waited almost 20 mins for someone. No one came . The cashier saw me standing at the counter with an upset look. She paged the associate again. No one. Finally, after another 5 minutes the associate she first paged came to counter for another issue. When the cashier inquired about my items, the associate stated, "oh, we ran out of that and couldnt fulfill the order." I was not happy. I asked why they kept me waiting for something that wasnt there and, why they did not notify me when I first checked in? No answer. Then she rudely said , " well look at the confirmation email." I pulled it up. The email clearly said the order was ready, but at the bottom underneath the confirmation and barcode for the order, in fine print, it stated that the full order could not be completed. The girl dryly said, "sorry" and walked away. For a new store, and one that is in a highly customer-competitive area, I expected a granule of customer service. Ive spent quite a bit of money at this store this Christmas, sadly they will no longer be receiving my business.

Not all employees were friendly. Went to buy my nephew a nerf gun. I went straight up to the cashier to pay since there was no line. I was told line starts over there in which I proceed to wait about 5 min. An older couple went straight to the cashier in which the same cashier rang them up. Another employee who saw the scenario saw me impatiently waiting in which she apologized for her coworker and rang me up. I dont remember your name but thanks for the help.

Had a great experience yesterday but when I went to return some stuff they asked for my ID I asked why and they said for future returns. They wrote everything down from my ID and saved it into their system Never shipping there again Not even Walmart or Target ask for those that type of info I left every upset If theres ever a breach Im info is there all because I returned a $9 DS game holder and a $8 wallet

Clean, organized, nice flow to the store. Loved the height chart to measure for the right size bike. Well stocked shelves & helpful employees. Easy in and out of the parking lot & lots of parking. Carts are new & drive good. Free complimentary wrapping paper up front after check out. Awesome store.

The store looks awesome. Very organized. Finding an employee to help you is impossible though. I had to wait in line for a cashier, just so I could ask a question. There was no one walking around the store to help me.

Big fan of this toy store chain, but I was followed from the moment I walked into the store. I understand anti-shoplifting measures, but everybody here doesnt have to be all-up in my business - let me shop in peace!

ToysRUs is more like a pop up store. only certain toys ,they have a little bit of everything. Its not like the old school Toys R Us ,there is only modern toys. Good if your looking for the most newest of toys
