Its probably the worst Walgreens outside of the location in downtown San Jose that Ive ever been to. Dont ever try calling the store outside of the pharmacy department, the phone wont be answered. Ive waited up to 45 minutes before just giving up and hanging up. Ive honestly never run across a major chain store like it. Its as though they just dont care what their customers feel about service. There are Walreens stores that have been quite good when it comes to customer service but I have to say this isnt one of them.

Their pharmacy service is extremely slow. I have waited for upto an hour for my prescriptions when they were ready for pick up if they had to make a slight change or just run through a different insurance. They will ask you to wait outside the line and then never call you back until you go back up to her counter and ask them to check on the status. Several people behind you would be done but you will continue to wait forever.

Just recently i picked up valsartan meds for my mom remedios maliksi and the clerk said i have to go back for the remaining tabkets as they are not available yet i was no able to go back yet to date and when i came back fir the renaining valsartan she said somebody has already gotten the remaining. I told her how can that be am the only pivcking up her medsa and. we still dont have them. We already ran out of supply.

Put simply: unreliable service. Often they dont have the prescription ready or have a hard time finding it. Lines balloon routinely. Miserable experience, going to explore alternatives and would recommend the same to others.

Horrible customer service. I am visiting a family member that is in the hospital and this store wants to charge me to put my items I just purchased in a bag. Not everyone carries reusable bags

The pharmacy service is slow. That alone might be acceptable but they are apathetic at best, but mostly outright rude. Customer service training is needed.
