I am visting from the east coast and used this CVS to refill my RX. This was most likely the scariest experience I have ever encountered! The incompetence of this pharmacy was so incredibly bad i felt the need to warn the public. While I waited (4 hours) for them to tell me they did not have what I needed, I noticed the 2 young girls behind the counter in the pharmacy either give the wrong RX to people or not supplying the RX at all. Unfortunately, a elderly woman was told her insurance would not pay for her RX, however she explained that she receives this 1x a month and never had a problem. The poor woman was visibly ill and now in tears. The girls behind the counter proceeded to yell at this poor woman, I couldnt believe what I was experiencing. I had to step in and ask them to act appropriately!!!! These are people prescribing drugs!!!! Please people, go to another CVS, this place is NOT where you want to go. I am also writing a complaint to CVS corporate so, hopefully no one will have to deal with this unprofessional incompetence ever again! VERY disappointed customer

This USED to be a nice store to go into. I go less frequently because it is getting more run down by the minute. Went in last Friday, and very unfortunately, in two of the aisles in the back of the store, there were HUGE powder spots on the carpeting, because there was feces in both locations. Not sure if human/dog, but THEY should have put signs up. I didnt get the products I wanted to get but did go to the check out station to purchase a card I had and the cashier while nice, was wearing a shirt that clearly hadnt been washed in days, possibly longer. It would be nice if store management could make this back into the nice CVS it used to be.

Everytime i try to use my CVS coupons, there always seems to be a problem. Once i tried to use coupon that gave me something like $3 off a $12.00 item. However i couldnt use the coupon because my item(without tax) was $11.99... One penny... Then i tired a coupon for tooth paste and omg! A short trip turned into an 1 hour excursion, ugh!! I ALWAYS have problems at this CVS...ALWAYS!!!

It was my first time, at this CVS. The cashier wearing NO name tag, was rude and ,before handled me, my receipt, he ripped it off , a little piece and did put in his pocket! Weird! I did not ask anything but, I will talk to CVS management, and beyond... I work with retail more than 11 years, and believe me, there are rules for everyone.

Now I know why this place has poor ratings. Staff here simply dont care. Went in there before, messy empty layout feel like they going out of business. Called to ask a simple question put me on hold for 34 minutes and never get to speak to anyone.

The line is always very long and they only ever have 1 person working at the pharmacy counter. The staff are friendly, but the process of getting any medicine from this pharmacy is a chore.
