It was a great experience the photo department tried really hard to find my order... It was the first time I had ever ordered online photos for pick up ... they found they went to there silver Lake store which they were rude and awful they called and yelled at me to stop ordering more times which I couldnt be doing it was standing in the other bartells the lady at that office needs customer service ... the lady at bartells at this store watched the phone call this lady made to me ...she was helpful I really appreciated her .... advice have her train the staff in silver Lake photo or if silver Lake is close by go anywhere else trust me.

I love my local Bartell - from knowing I can find any necessity for bath, home or pharmacy to being able to get everything for a kids birthday - gift, card and wrap. I also like the local products they carry like Market Spice Tea, Theo Chocolates, Dilettantes and Seahawks gear.

Worst formacy ever . The took three days to transfer prescription and then lost my prescription. They dont have any idea. They never send reminder to fill prescription and not calling if it get filled.
