Depends on the staff on duty. Theres no in between. Some staff are friendly, helpful, funny even. Others completely ignore the customer or act put out at having their personal conversations interupted. I had a very negative experience with one of the male managers and his associate when I came in to return a travel I.D. holder that was clearly unopened/unused and for which I had the receipt. I was made to feel like Id done something shady for having to make the return. Seriously disappointed. I almost didnt shop there any longer, however, extremely positive experiences with the pharmacy staff and several other checkers/managers have been amazing and make up for the few that are horribly rude. I turn around when I see certain staff members working, and go to Rite Aid down the street instead as they are consistently helpful and kind across the board.

This Bartells is an excellent neighborhood store. The staff is always friendly and the pharmacy is very well run. They have helped me and my family regularly for several years. We go there a couple times per week.

You basic Bartells drug store. The staff is nice and tge prices are decent. The pharmacy is actually surprisingly quick and accurate with their time estimates for prescriptions which is nice.

The Bartel drugs is not part of the HSA system, Everytime I run the HSA card it gets declined even when there is credit, but other than that they are pretty good

Its fine... they dont always have the prescription when I need it filled and I have to go to another location but the people are very nice.
