Very unhelpful and rude pharmacist. They dont know what they are doing and dont check other Bartels for prescription s like they say they will. Not high in integrity and work ethics. I found the issaquah staff way more helpful and diligent. The factorial Safeway and Rite Aid will be better then the factorial Bartels.

Great store, decent selection, excellent customer service. One cashier should not run the customer service line. Ive been to other locations that call help up when the line is two deep. Not here. Markup is about 25% higher than Bartell stores in Renton.

The retail store staff are fine, however the pharmacist wasnt terribly interested in helping non-prescription based customers with questions. He was more intent on filling his prescriptions.

Very rude staff, was humiliated by one of the staff members. Avoid at all costs.. there are way better staff members else where.
