The store itself is fine, infact the cashier is always super sweet and pleasant. The pharmacy, on the other hand, is a disaster. I am not sure if it is understaffed or if this store does training or something but Redmonds bartells is 10 times faster, never loses prescriptions, is able to process script same day. I used the Redmond Bartells for a year + with out any issues, I moce here and the difference is night and day. Everytime I have been to this pharmacy, something has gone wrong or they have lost a peice of needed information or they just straight up refuse service based on them being "too busy". Its super weird. Normally I wouldnt give a negative review for general incompetence but after being told to wait an hour only to be told that they cant "process" my insurance right now and I would have to come back tomorrow. For kicks, I went over to Walgreens to have them run my insurance and low and behold, it works without issue.So yeah, that is just too much fail for me to continue using them as my primary pharmacy. If you have tons of spare time, love long waits, and dont mind getting your scripts whenever, then go for it. Overwise, literally anywhere else would be more efficient.

Ok... I dont understand why there are so many negative comments about this pharmacy. I have a lot of prescriptions and dealt with many pharmacies... walgreens wait time is the worst! this is by far the best pharmacy I have been to. Yes sometimes their wait times can be a little absurd but I can actually SEE they are so busy - maybe popular pharmacy? Maybe understaff too? I was so thankful for the pharmacists and techs there helping me solve so many issues with my stupid insurance!! and help me save so much money when my stupid doc called in something absurd. The pharmacists there are so knowledgable and patient with me when I get confused with my medications too!! So thank you Bartell Drugs for hiring such compassionate and knowledgeable employees! ignore the negative comments (they probably have a bad day and take it out on the poor pharmacy staff) - i HIGHLY recommend this pharmacy!

I had several poor experiences with the pharmacy. On multiple occasions, I tried to fill a prescription for a common allergy medication over the phone. First, every time I called, it took long holds and sometimes multiple calls to get through (and my wife had the same experience). Then, on two separate occasions, they did not have enough stock to fill my prescription. The first time they gave me a partial order and then "owed" me the rest. (The only evidence I had that they owed me was a penciled-in note on the receipt, which made me very uncomfortable.) They said it would come in on the next day, but in reality it took another three days to get the remainder of the pills. Of course they never called me to let me know; I had to drive over there every day to find out. The next time they wanted to do a partial order, I politely declined. I have since found another pharmacy.

sometimes the phone doesnt go threw to the pharmacy. The drive threw isnt as fast as it is other times, however they are much better than many other places Ive been to. if you show up there or make arrangements before going youll have your prescriptions in 30 minutes or less. if you called before showing up youll get them on time. Fred Meyer is too busy, and always runs out of my prescriptions when i need them its like they havent figured out when their customers need their monthly prescriptions. if you called Fred Meyer before hand youd still have to wait. their just too busy. So people look on the bright side, things could be a lot worse.

This is great place to get everything from magazines to makeup. If you like candy wait till the most recent holiday is past and everything will be half price. The pharmacy is very busy. I think you get better service if you use the drive through.

Overall ok-to-good service for he store as a whole but wanted to give a shout out to Lexi in the pharmacy. She was extremely helpful, went above and beyond helping me solve a problem on a prescription I needed filled ASAP. Thanks Lexi!

Worse Drug store ever. To pick up a prescription takes soo long. Every time I go there my prescription wasnt ready event though the doctors sent it there hours ago. Such annoyed from the staff there!
