While its typical for a pharmacy to need 15-45min to fill a RX Bartells somehow operates in an alternative universe where its common practice to quote 4hrs+ for a simple refill. Again, this is not the exception with Bartells but the norm. I understand how sensitive pharmacy techs are about the time needed to fill a script but lets be real, youre taking pills from a larger bottle and putting them in a smaller bottle. I commonly hear "yes, but there are a lot of other customers we have to fill as well". While this may very well be a true statement its also true at McDonalds and Id argue its more complex putting together a Big Mac combo meal than putting pills in a bottle, yet I dont recall ever sitting in the McDonalds drive thru for 4+hrs. In short, do yourself a huge favor and take your money to RiteAid where theyll gladly fill your prescription in a fraction of the time at a fraction of the cost all without the patronizing attitude that is prevalent with Bartell pharmacy staff.

Need to transfer a prescription from different pharmacy. They refuse to do that. I was talking with a man. He was so rude and behaving arrogantly, conduct himself like hes doing a huge favor to me, but I still owe him for that. This business (Bartell Drugs Sammamish) just dont appreciate clients and dont need our money... Incredibly abominable experience!

I go to Bartell Drug store all the time. The wine prices are better then the liquor store and I can get in and out quickly. The service is fast and they go out of their way to help you find what you need. I like supporting a local family owned business.

This place consistently is horrible with managing wait times. They will say 30 minutes, and it will be 60. 15 minute wait? Oh, that will be 2 hours. Sad part is, as you wait, you watch the same thing happening to all the customers.
