Called everyday for a week for a fastrak pass. Was told they would take down my number and call me when more came in the next day. Never called and always said they just sold out. Also had a problem at the pharmacy, said they didnt have a prescription and that a different walgreens would have it because its a common item. Said they transfered the prescription but the other place didnt get it. Another time I went to have pictures developed and they came out blank and I still had to pay for them. Really, this location is only good for grabbing things they have stocked on their shelves.

I agree this pharmacy is always super busy. I avoid going there if I can! but on the few times Ive had to go, the staff were always pleasant, helpful, and patient. I usually go in the afternoon around 3-4. Maybe this is when the nice people are on shift? I have not had a problem getting through to them on the phone any time of the day. Honestly, its so much less stressful to get your prescriptions by mail if you possibly can.

Early morning cashiers seem to want to be somewhere else. Guy with shaved head always seems annoyed to help you.Would it hurt to say "Can I help you" or "Thank you, have a nice day." I Like the store as its clean and well stocked, however cashiers could be more friendly and act as if you are not bothering them when you need to checkout, especially the early morning crew.

This review is for the pharmacy. Its busy most of the time, but it still seems like the lines are too long. I was only there to drop off a rx and it took over 30 minutes! They had one poor girl trying to deal with everyone. She did everything she could and kept a great attitude, but only after I finally got to the window did they send someone to help her.

Not that much good service in this location.. not sure about other locations. If you call them, you need to wait more than half and hour or some times it may get disconnected automatically. they must understand one thing that for each silly thing we can not walk to pharmacy, if they expect that, its better to change the pharmacy.

Passport pictures taken at this place are not worth the low price of $7.99 Their camera does not meet the 3.5M pixel requirement for passport pictures. Staff their does not know the details of taking passport picture. Lighting quality is also really bad. Dont use this place for your passport pictures.

I have a terrible bad experience with the employe who attend me today in pharmacy i give it to him the note about the medicine he soppos to give me and he make me going back and forward 4 times and also he try to charme the medicine what my insurance cover simple terrible service with him.

The people there are a mix, some nice and some ok. The worst thing about this pharmacy is not picking up their phone. If you need to contact them by phone, expect to wait 30 mins to 1hrs 15 mins. The line wait there are range between 30mins to 1hr 30mins. They are just understaff.

I like this Pharmacy but PLEASE DONT BUY MILK HERE. I was buying Milk for past 10 yrs They will not care if it still under the expiry date, even though its spoilt. Store Manager/In charge told me that he cannot refund if its not bought the same day. He was rude..

DRIVE THRU PHARMACY! Go later at night or afternoon off hours and if theres no line of cars it takes about 2-3 minutes to drop off and pick up prescriptions, while you look inside and see a long line of people waiting 20 minutes in the store. Kinda funny ...

So waited on line - there was only one person ahead of me, yesterday. After ten minutes I left. Called the pharmacy today to ask the same question. So far on hold (as the next call) for 22 minutes. This store is seriously understaffed. Never, ever, ever again

I dont write these often but I want to offer a different opinion of speed and service to what I read. Called the pharmacy, nice man picked up, transferred my Rx from IL, ready in 20 mins. Ive never had such good service, this will be my pharmacy.

Biggest inventory of any pharmacy in Fremont. Always a line at the pharmacy. Slow filling meds. You can use the Walgreens app and order refills in advance. Usually a day to get them filled. They text when they are ready to pickup.

Best managers ever kind and caring! Exceptionally wonderful and a good example OF customer service for all Walgreens stores worldwide. Im speaking OF the Walgreens in California on Mowary next to. Washington hospital

Bad customer service, I wait almost 35 minutes inside Walgreen to pickup only one medication. Then an associate by the name Miguel called me to the counter, he was very rude and unprofessional.
